The staff at the dental clinic are very sarcastic and uncaring. I went to have 3 cavities filled, at which time I was rushed. One large cavity was drilled for approx. 45 seconds at which time the dentist looked to his assistant and said "Thats good, right?" I also had a large hole in one tooth that was filled without drilling the decay out. This was four weeks ago and now when I brush my teeth it feels like someone is rubbing aluminum foil on my teeth. I went back to get an appointment to have it fixed, and while I was explaining my issue with the receptionist she decided to roll her eye and make a face at me, as if she was 3 years old. Take my advice; head my warning, do not go to the Olde Town Medical Center Dental Clinic unless you have NO OTHER CHOICE.

I just wanted to tell you how excited the OTMC staff was and is about the Hands Together Event. They thought that it was very well done and one said-- "they thought of everything!" And the follow-up is working too. On the following Tuesday 8 of the people with whom they had spoken called for appointments at the clinic. Three of them actually came in today (Wednesday)-- one of them walked! What a wonderful community service you provided."-March 2013

I have had good experiences yet my husband has had bad experiences. They go off of x-rays from 2 years previous! They will not give anything for pain. Receptionists are rude and act like theyre bouncers at a high dollar club. I wouldnt return here unless it was a last resort.

They ask for paperwork regarding giving me a lower price for my kids physical and i did and i still got an invoice for almost $200 for each of my sons which i find is not correct.
