Im new in the area and needed a doctor. I was referred to the Hollywood Medical Center from another office that was unable to see me. All I can say is it was a God send. Everyone on staff has a wonderful and helpful attitude. Susan helped set up an appointment with CRNP Michelle and told me that I would like her. She was right! Im not a fan of doctors and avoid them at all costs, but this time I felt cared for, not just my immediate health issue but gently and in an encouraging way helped me proceed with other tests that were long over due. Nurse Carrie (not sure Im spelling her name right) took blood work and helped me with other information I needed. As I left the office Nurse Carrie gave me a hug, what a way to love on your clients. I have to say in my 58 years of life I have never been hugged when I went to the doctors office. When I checked out I was told that Susan wanted to come out an introduce herself to me, just another bonus to my trip to the doctors. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and woman who helped checked me out could not have been any nicer. Im thankful for this Medical Center and the staff. I have found a new doctors office to care and treat me!

At one time I loved this office and I dont want to take anything from the Dr.s that have been there for years. But I am dissatisfied with the Dr. Michelle who made me wait almost a full 3 weeks before getting back to me on an issue that I had with my foot. I requested a referral for an MRI for my foot. The left foot was bothering me so bad that I ended up having and issue with the right. Then she tells me to pay more money to visit with her just to get a referral for the MRI. Right now I am so mad and will be going to another clinic and will never be going there again!! PS-I travel from Nanjemoy to St Marys because thats how good Kimberly Cook, NP is but its not worth my health to deal with BS and delayed care!
