As I sit here for over nearly two hours time, I suppose I have ample time to write a review of this horrible horrible place. After driving the extra 15 minutes to go here due to the quoted wait time one of the staff members told me on the phone, I sign in and am quoted two hours instead of one through the tablet. I sign in, wait nearly 25 minutes before someone even takes my billing information. I could have had an unknown medical emergency that they would have not known about due to their lack of service. Anyhow, when I am finally "checked in", I am told there were 2 individuals in front of me. I sit and wait in the waiting room. After an hour goes by, I keep wondering why one of the check in ladies has now sat with this one mother of two for nearly 45 minutes because they were clearly done with the check in process. After overhearing their conversation, I discover they are friends and have been pushed up in the line due to this. So now it goes from 2 to 3 people in front of me and I even confirmed it with the other check in woman. Now, both the mother of two and the other check in lady stepped outside to smoke a cigarette together right in front of the building slightly off to the side. This is the absolute worst service Ive ever had and also being manipulated into waiting extra time due to a friendship with an employee is an unacceptable standard of care. I have now given up and am leaving this facility after watching multiple sick individuals go back and not come back to the main office to leave. 2 plus hours is my final limit.

I would never recommend this place to anyone,not even my worse enemy. The ladies at the check in desk were very nice and helpful, to bad they didnt work in the back. I didnt even get to see a doctor I saw the NP. She had no bedside manor and was very condescending, no clue why she was even working there. The RNs acted like they hated being there,the only nice one there was the one who helped me at the end with this boot she put on me and a walker due to break. I was in so much pain not just from the break but also a broken tooth and swelling on my left side of my face,just to be told I need to toughen up,they dont give pain medication (mind you I havent been to a doctor for any reason in almost 2 years and take no medications on a daily base) Wow Ive never been to a doctor that made me feel like complete crap,and I was worse leaving then when I arrived. The gentleman that took the x-rays of my foot was beyond nice,how he got stuck working with them,I have no clue but I will NEVER go back nor will my daughter,Im making sure to inform friends as well.

Signed in online for an appointment at 11:45 am. Got there at 11:20. Was not asked for my insurance information until 11:45. The women up front sat there fiddling around on their computers and didnt call anyone up for 25 minutes. Other people were signing in after me and were being seen before us. We finally left at 1:00 after NOT BEING CALLED. Was told that the doctor was seeing people based on severity. There was no doctor there, just a nurse practitioner. Me, my son, and one other guy were being bypassed by everyone else who were walkins and we had appointments. Im sitting here blowing blood from my nose, facial swelling/pain, and wheezing and everyone else is conveniently "more severe" than what I have. I will never come here again. Terrible customer service and terrible experience. Youd be better off going to a CVS Minute Clinic than here. SMH

The worst! I sought treatment there for a burn injury. I had a 2nd and 3rd degree burns covering a large portion of my thigh. They told my insurance company I had a 1st degree burn!! It has taken nearly a year to try to get their error with my insurance company so that I could receive the correct payment for my claim. Incompetent office staff! How many times does one person have to contact a business regarding correcting their error. I have tried at least 10 times and Dr. Mahoney still has not made the correction!

Ive never seen people move so slow. Would have been seen a whole lot quicker in the ER.....two hours later..still waiting..with two people ahead of me ( a total of 5 were ahead of me when I arrived). In this two hours we havent seen anyone leave...... GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.....oh and there isnt even a doctor here.

The wait is extremely long, dont go here if you have a serious emergency! Should have known based on how many cars were in the parking lot! Total of 5 cars in the parking lot and it still took over an hour for me to be seen by an actual doctor... This place is a joke for real... Go to patient first

Im not sure why this place has such bad reviews. The staff up front are nice and helpful. The nurses in the back (including student nurses) are sweet, funny, attentive, and kind! The doctor is also extremely nice and helpful! Would recommend anyone go here!

I took my 2-year-old there this morning for a cough that was causing vomiting, and the entire staff was so welcoming and accommodating. They were patient and kind with my toddler, and with me, and I am very thankful for that.

I came for a TB test Wednesday, I set my appointment online and came in at the appointment set time and waited less than 10 mins. I was in & out. I came back today for my PPD and had the same experience.

Be prepared for a minimum of a three hour ordeal if you go there. There is nothing urgent about this place.
