Have been put on hold but never longer than 10 min...Ive learned I AM NOT THE ONLY PATIENT OR THE ONLY PERSON CALLING. Life is too short and in this massive universe that we live in and in the greater scheme of things, we are all a very small speck of dust and therefore, insignificant.

Terrible place. I had to switch doctors because when I was 19, I got extremely sick to the point I wanted to die and they absolutely refused to take me unless I paid the $200+ Upfront that my father owed from when I was like 15.

Terrible customer service. You are put on hold and get hung up on at least 5x prior to someone answering the phone and then that person cant help you either.
