Went here on November 25th 2011 to have myself checked out because I had pink eye. Upon arrival after checking in I waited almost an hour before being called back to a room to be seen. After getting called back to the room I waited another half hour before anyone of the doctors came to check on me. The appointment alone cost roughly $200 out of my insurance. What happened after this has me at a loss for words. Needing a doctors note because I was not going to be able to go into work until the pinkeye had cleared up I received a note saying that I was clear to go back to work the next day, 24 hours after starting on the eye drop medication I was given. Upon handing in the note to my manager the next day he informed me that I was not allowed back to work until my eye had cleared up completely. This is understandable as I work in the food industry at a restaurant. I was told that I would need a doctors note for each additional day I was out until it had cleared, Again very understandable. After about three days time the pinkeye had cleared. Not being able to get to the facility at that time I had to wait another day. Upon getting there the following evening the pinkeye had flared up again. It happens right? Thats fine. Nothing you can do about it. I was told by one of the nurses that they were unable to write any notes for any of the past days of work I had missed until the pinkeye had cleared up again. Nothing. No notes. Not even a note saying excuse the absence on these days. This was on Saturday the 3rd of December 2011. After getting this disturbing news I immediately went to my work and informed them as to why I couldnt get a doctors note to which they didnt believe me and put me on 7 days suspension from work. On top of this I also was informed that if I could not get a doctors note for any days missed while having pink eye I was to be terminated with no questions. It is now December 7th 2011 and I just got back from Righttime yet again. This time had to be the worst part about this whole ordeal. Upon arriving I explained to them once again the situation to which I get the reply, We can only write you notes for the first five days after your first appointment. There is nothing we can do about the other five days of work youve missed because you didnt schedule a second appointment to be seen again. I then informed the manager who was talking to me and I had spoken to on the 3rd that she had specifically told me that Saturday that I would not need to make a second appointment because the pink eye had flared up again. I would just need to wait until it cleared up and everything would be taken care of. To which she replied that she didnt recall the conversation at all and if I wanted to get the other five days worth of doctors notes I would need to schedule an appointment at the cost of another $200. I have now lost my job due to this ordeal even with an understanding manager at my job. I lost my job because I failed to show up with a doctors note excusing my days I missed. On top of this the facility is dirty. The room I was originally seen in had trash littered on the floor. This place to me is far from professional. Id highly recommend saving your time and money and going some place where they actually care.

This medical care was exactly as expected, but then after the visits I would receive a $30 statement for co-pay. Since this had already been paid at the date of service I assumed it was a billing error. I eventually called the practice to make sure everything was OK. Laura Suska answered the phone, and was extremely rude from the beginning, its frustrating to be getting bills for something youve already paid, but Laura apparently does not understand or know that because she tried fight with me at each and every turn. She talked over me, she never attempted to try to apologize about any of the issues and when I sounded frustrated about it she stated "Maam you have anger management problems" thats just one of the great lines that Laura provided. She insisted that she was the practice manager- which I knew to be absolutely incorrect. Overall this was extremely disappointing and I would highly suggest that no one goes to this practice unless you want to be bombarded with insults from Laura Suska for a billing error on their end.

I arrived at 6:40 pm on a Saturday evening, feeling pretty bad with a nasty virus infection that seemed to be giving me some breathing issues. Was told that they could see me at 7:30 pm. Got back at 7:30, checked in and then waited on an uncomfortable plastic cube thing in the hallway until 8:45 pm. Asked why it was taking so long and an assistant said they could see me now and please go to room 6. In comes an aide to take some notes, and tells me that the triage unit is backed up and she does not know when they can get to me. I said, does this mean minutes or hours, to which she said, at least 45 minutes to an hour. Totally frustrated and feeling worse than ever, I decided to leave. Nearly 3 hours wasted for nothing. Absolutely useless organization and nobody seemed in the slightest bit concerned. The place was not even busy so who knows what they were doing. Went to Doctors Express in Edgewater the next morning - what a difference - they are the best.

I paid $30.00, with insurance, about three weeks ago to go in the back and have the doctor tell me there was nothing they would be able to do for an injured knee and gave me a referral. If they knew there was nothing they could do for an injured knee, then why do they allow you to be seen. The doctor never even looked at my knee, she almost indstantly gave me a referral (she was very nice). I was probably back there for 10 minutes if that, and that was including wait time for the doctor to come in and for me to do an exit survey. To top it off, I got an email from them today saying they would be charging the credit card on file $10.00 because of insurance explanation of benefits. I am highly disappointed. I knew this would be an expensive, very unproductive, trip. I highly recommend going to the ER or an actual doctor to get real answers. This is a waist of time and just delaying you from getting the help you need.

I had an accident transporting a sharpened katana due to a loose pet. While knowing not to catch a falling blade saved me from the hospital, and several fingers missing, I knew I had a deep but non-life threatening laceration and needed stitches. The staff kept me comfortable and the nurse practitioner did an amazing job on the stitches (although I passed out while she was numbing it like a wimp.) None the less her quick work, sound after care advice, and keeping it wrapped and clean has shown tremendous results! No infection, and the stitches are holding strong. I was able to drive myself home after taking a moment to calm down. Thank you all so much and Im sorry for having to bother you because of my carelessness. Edit: This was for the location in Owings Mills. Im copying it there.
