I would rather wait 5 hours in an emergency room than to go to this place. My husband was misdiagnosed twice. The first time they told us stomach virus and that he had to let it work itself out. The second time he was told a hemorrhoid and was given medication. The "hemorrhoid" ended up being an abscess which had continued growing in size and pain since the Dr didnt identify it correctly. We ended up in emergency surgery with major risk of infection. Blood tests showed that he had had salmonella (which we then realized is what the Dr had brushed off as a stomach virus). The nurses and doctors in the emergency room could not believe that the abscess was confused for a hemorrhoid. Ive made several attempts for Righttime to respond with fair action for their misdiagnosis (at least discount their $500+ bills!) and they have no intention of doing so. They stand by their Dr 100%...so much for quality care and putting customers first. This place is just a money box with subpar Drs and care. I would highly suggest not going here! This all happened at the Hanover location.

One a scale 1-10 this place gets -100 for me. Several times weve been there and they always make you wait for over 1 hour, even if youve made an appointment. Theres always the excuse: we got busier than usual. Staff freaking so called doctors for those who make appointments. Whats the point of making an appointment. Waited an hour with a baby before I complained to the staff. The girl out front she said shed have someone come to our room right away. 15 mins later nobody still hasnt showed up. I ask for a manager, she comes out apologetic. Her stupid apology does nothing for the time my sick baby spent in her 6x8 cold room, being miserable, with an appointment mind you. Their doctors are subpar. Last time we were there we had a doctor who barely spoke English and had to have an assistant operate the iPad because he couldnt spell iPad. Youll be better off going to the emergency room or wait until the next day to visit your primary. This place is insane.

The people at the front desk were great. Very friendly and extremely funny. Service was pretty quick, so I was in and out in less than an hour. Now all of this is great, so youre probably wondering why I gave them a 3/5. Well, as soon as I went into a room to get my vitals checked, I got swabbed (per my request) and as soon as the nurse swabbed the back of my throat I gagged, the way Im sure most people do, and she started laughing. Hysterical, mocking laughter. Then she had to redo it 3 times. Then, when I saw an actual doctor, she woudnt talk to me until my "mommy" was in the room. Im 17 and have been seeing a doctor on my own for 5 years now. Any way, once my mom walked into the room, my doctor didnt look me in the eye, and addressed everything to my mom. She spoke directly to me twice. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but I was unimpressed, and did not appreciate her patronizing attitude.

Im a recent college graduate and just moved to Pasadena a few months ago. At first, I wasnt sure where to go for urgent care needs. Im so glad I came across Righttime. I was easily able to schedule an appointment online at a convenient time and was greeted by Nikkia, a friendly receptionist. The whole process was very streamlined- I was in and out in no more than 45 minutes. The nurse and doctor were approachable and efficient. In less than 24 hours, they called me to follow up and check if I was satisfied with the visit, and they sent me a link to access my medical records and visit summary online through the PatientPortal. I know there will always be those with negative experiences and negative reviews (which I admit concerned me at first). However, I cannot complain. The staff treated me like family and made me feel comfortable in a new environment.

I called and called trying to get an appointment after my daughter was hurt at work, but the line was constantly busy. We were nearby, so I went directly there. The receptionist said she would have to check with the provider if they could handle her eye injury or if we should go to the ER. She came back and said they could, but the next appointment was at 10:45; this was at 8:30. The waiting room was completely empty. We were the ONLY people there, my daughter was in a lot of pain and could not see, but they expected us to wait for 2 plus hours. Yeah, no thanks. We went next door to Patient First. They saw us right away. We were back home with medication and my daughter was asleep way before 10:45. I will never go to Righttime again. The right time is no time. They are all heart. I would not take my dog there.

Just went there yesterday, extremely rude staff at the front desk, showed abosultely no concerns for the patients. "Forgot" to give us the pad to sign in, after waiting for over an hour we asked and she said "oh did i forget to give you one?" and it wasnt even busy at the time. We booked an appointment online and drove there found out it is not in their record. They told us we cannot book an appointment there, had to go home and book it online. We had a mixed up insurance card and was told we had to pay $198 instead of let us have the appointment first and resolve the issue later. Overall it was an extremely bad experience for us, especially we were with our sick child. The staff was not helpful at all and show absolutely no interest in helping us. We will never go back there again for sure!

The service is great! When you can get it. Though it says you can, walk-ins are usually a bad idea and you wont be seen. I came in yesterday at 11 for a walk-in, found out there was a wait and made an appt for 3. Came in at 3, had to wait till 5:45, then was told they were still busy and I left. BUT! I made an appointment for 8am this morning and was seen on time, and was out by 8:45. The staff are lovely and super friendly, and genuinely want to help you out. The RNs there are also really knowledgeable and helpful, too! Nothing but great things to say about the people that work there. Its just kind of frustrating to have to wait for so long.

Theyre awesome. I was burned at work and on my way there (my job was within walking distance and I got there much faster because I didnt have to wait for traffic) one of their doctors was having lunch outside with his kids at a Starbucks a couple doors down. He noticed me crying, holding my hand and asked what was wrong, I told I was invited and he took me in with his kids in tow and I got treated right away. My experience was amazing and I always come here now :)

I went there with a friend today, and I was not a fan of the nurse tech(the person before the doctor comes in). She had absolutely no bed side matter, was rude, and aburpt. The experience was made better by the main Doctor Kelli McCallum, she was very nice and even was trying to lighten up the mood of the room, and was giving my friend different ways to resolve her issues. She didnt just force the way she thought was best. I will only go back for Doctor McCallum.
