Not happy with any care through BMSI other than my one on one care with my Doctor! After two months of: unreturned phone calls, NO messages being addressed, several trips to the clinic to have papers filled out so prescriptions could be filled "yet NEVER were filled because the papers were filled out wrong!" Not to mention orders were filled out wrong and now I have a bill for blood work I Can NOT afford to pay! I opinion: They are VERY quick to pass the buck,, and put the blame on another! NOT HAPPY other then this ordeal forced me to find other care!

Yes the wait was very long and they were understaffed the day of my appointment. I will say that the staff that handles sign in and that helped with filling out the documents were very helpful. I was very disappointed with my OB and am looking to transfer as soon as possible. Shes been less than thorough and I didnt really feel a connection with her. My first appointment wasnt much, I expected more since I found out late and am running very behind on test. I was sent to lab and ultrasound but I know the first appointment should have been a bit more.

Service is quick. The wait time is long only when its crowded and even then its not that slow. The Doctors and Nurses are very helpful and nice. The pharmacy is quick.
