Ive tried every weight loss program out there. I always lost but then gained it right back so it always felt like 6 months of deprivation for 1 month of looking good. After a while, I would just give up. T Then I found 75th Street Medical and things finally changed. The biggest difference is that it is personal. I, a 60 year old married working woman with bad knees was not expected to do the same thing that a 16 year old who just wanted to loose 10 pounds before the prom. Dr. Gong and his group of medical experts see it as their failure when you dont loose. They keep changing an manipulating the plan until they find the right one for you. They dont just tell you that you lost a pound, they tell you if you lost muscle or fat, They make sure that there are no medical reasons for your weight gain and use the latest equipment to check on it (not just a scale). They recommend exercises and meal plans that work on your schedule and they act like your cheerleaders all the way through it . They decide how often you need to go or if you do better on your own with minimum check-ins. They dont make you feel like a child going to the discipline office if you gain either.They just find out why you didnt and try to switch things up so you do next time. You eat great food with recommended recipes for eating in or out, you eat it often, you exercise what you are able to and get the emotional support you need and they do it for the long run. They are extremely positive, supportive and understanding. This is the best way to loose weight. I cannot recommend them any higher. For years Ive been hearing how wonderful 75th Street Medical is from my neighbors & co-workers but I never had a need until recently. My daughter was riding her bike & fell coming into the driveway. She slid across the concrete scapping her forehead, chin, elbow & knees and twisted her ankle. My daughter was bloodied, crying & scared. I scooped her up & sped over to 75th Street Medical. The medical professionals at 75th Street Medical are FANTASTIC! They immediately took my daughter in and eased her fears. They made her feel secure and addressed the cuts, scrapes, bumps & bruises. Her ankle was x-rayed and was only sprained. Within no time she was all bandaged & ready to go . I appreciate how medically skilled they are but most of all Im thankful for how they took my terrified daughter, removed her fears and made her feel secure. The doctor was wonderful & my daughter gave him a big hug & kiss on the cheek for helping her. On the way home my daughter said she wanted to be a doctor when she grows up so she can help people too! Thank You 75th Street Medical, now I understand first hand why you are so beloved in Ocean City. I give my highest recommendation to the terrific medical professionals at the 75th Street Medical Center!!

My family came to OC for a week during our kids annual spring recess from school. About halfway through the week 2 of my 3 kids and I came down w/ some nasty sore throats, stomach issues, and fevers. We went to see Dr. Gong and his staff at 75th Street Medical, and we were very pleased with their care and service. Between us, we had some strep, bronchitis, and dehydration! Dr. Gong and his staff were very thoughtful and careful with each of us, making sure that we understood treatments, prescriptions, etc. Although this trip to OC was not a great one due to our illness, I feel that the good people at 75th Street Medical worked to help us through. They even called us periodically to see how we were doing - making appropriate recommendations. We come to OC frequently. Although no one ever wants to be sick here, its good o know that there is excellent medical service available at 75th Street Medical if needed. Thanks to Dr. Gong and his staff!

Wonderful experience due to excellent compassion and professional medical care!!! I am writing on behalf of my 68 year old mother who was visiting me from out of town. I had noticed her eye looked very irritated and she said it had been troubling her for awhile. I suspected pink eye and didnt want her spreading infection, so was eager to get her medically assessed. At 5:40, I called 75th st. urgent care and asked their hours of operation. Instead of simply informing me that they were scheduled to close at 6, they asked first what was the concern and where was she coming from. They then responded that they would wait for her to get there, rather than close on time. When my mother arrived at approximately 6:10, they were very kind and gracious and took their time to fully assess her concern, and even provided her with the medication she would need before sending her home. Truly a verypositive experience. Thank you again.

Dr. Gong and the staff at 75th Street Medical are awesome! My wife and I recently started the weight control program that they offer and what a difference it has made in our lives! Through their education, motivation and diet suggestions as well exercise programs I have been able to lose 47 pounds thus far with very little loss in muscle. I feel great, have energy to spare and have experienced an overall increase in quality of life. Dr. Gong also has numerous other tools to assist in weight loss and from first hand experience I can say that they work very well. I definitely recommend Dr. Gong and his staff to anyone that is looking for a healthy change to their life through weight loss and exercise. Additionally, I also recommend their first class medical services as well. 75th Street has been the one stop shop for a much better me! Jeremy A. Hall

Jim Watkins

Took my 2 year old daughter there because he temperature was 102.5 and we were on vacation away from our regular pediatrician. Dr. Gong told us she has an ear infection and prescribed her medication to give 3x a day. We get home and have a follow up appointment with our regular pediatrician and we are told there is no ear infection and that she has hand,foot mouth viral infection. Also, the medicine given to us from dr.gong doesnt even treat ear infections and is apparently way to strong for a 2 year old. Completely disgusted. Office was filthy and smelled like dog. Mid diagnosis and wrong medicine prescribed . What a joke this place is. They had no problem taking our $200 plus but had tons of problems doing theyre job correctly. I recommend ANYWHERE else.

I injured my finger pretty badly in Fenwick Island, DE, on June 28, 2015 and knew I needed stitches. Upon arriving at 75th Medical (pretty much the only game in town beside a hospital) I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist who informed me of the insurance options. Once it was my turn to be seen, Dr Gong came in and assessed my finger and did an EXPERT job of sewing me up. I was given clear instructions on aftercare and my Rx for antibiotics was filled on the spot!! Then I received a follow up call about 5 days later just checking on me. Now, a week later I could not be happier with the treatment I received and my recovery progress. I highly recommend going straight to 75th Medical in Ocean City, MD if you have an emergency.
