I used to be a Medical Assistant at this office and many times I have thought about writing a review but didnt know if I should or shouldnt. So now I write it because Im tired of seeing these kinds of clinics and it is not fair to anyone looking for employment here or to the patients. This doctor doesnt care about his patients or employees. Now I cant go much into detail due to patient privacy but there were times when I couldnt help but wonder how this office was open due to things the doctor would tell the patients and why I was still working there when I could be working at a better place. My sister was a patient there before I started working, I had to force Dr.Haider to examine her and send her out for some x-rays (first red flag). Later I was able to read her file and saw that he misdiagnosed her (second red flag). Not a serious problem because I knew the way he was and I knew not to pay attention to him. The office manager Olivia, is honestly the worst person to speak with at that office. She was the person in charge of training me because I was going to do her job after she was gone. I went from doing half of Olivias work and getting my own responsibilities to doing all that plus some of the bill clerks work (while she was on Facebook, I caught her a few times), plus another girls work who quit because she couldnt stand Olivia anymore. The office was more peaceful and easier to work at when Olivia wasnt there. Even the bill clerk would agree but of course she would never admit it to Olivia. After almost a year, I couldnt stand Olivia anymore either so I gave her a piece of my mind and a verval 2 weeks notice (couldnt stay 2 weeks so I left after 1). There are more reasons why I left but Im not going to mention anymore because I am only doing this to warn people looking for a job here, not to complain. There is also a huge third red flag but I honestly dont think I should mention it unless necesary. I hope my situation is not the same for the people currently working there but if it is then Ill just say this. Mansfield is growing, look for employment elsewhere, you dont have to put up with the BS at that clinic. The nurse practitioners Andrea and another woman were always very nice and good people.

Waited for several minutes at the front desk, upon arrival. There was no one there, nor instructions on which window to stand. I had to find the sign in clip board myself and signed in. Waited another 15 minutes before the receptionist acknowledged our presence. Was given a new patient packet to fill out, which I did and returned. Sat for another 15 minutes, now we are passed her appointment time by 15 minutes, so I asked the receptionist when my daughter was going to be seen because she is on a tight schedule with school. "Im just finishing her chart right now!" the receptionist snapped at me. I just stood there staring at her, while she slammed papers around and never looked back up at me. I told her, "You know what, why dont you take her off your list for patients and give me back her information. I came here for a doctors checkup, that you requested because our insurance changed this doctor to her primary. I didnt come here to catch attitude." She snapped the papers into my hand, and we walked out. So, my daughter missed two classes and didnt get seen by a doctor. Also, personal observance; the waiting room was filthy, the drapes on the windows were even held on by like 5 clips where 30 were supposed to be used. The tv playing really loudly was all in Spanish. The receptionist area and back office was disgusting, trash on her desk, files piled on top of each other. That disheveled mess was just what I could see through the pass. Will NEVER recommend this office to anyone ever.

My experience with the secretary named Joanna was completely unprofessional. I was put on hold two separate times before receiving service. While trying to make an appointment for my client, she continuously interrupted me to the point where I was unable to get a complete sentence out without speaking over me. It wasnt until I finally was sick of it enough to say, "excuse me, can I complete my sentence please?", did she let me speak. I told her that I would have to get back to them and she hung up on me without saying anything. She literally just hung up. I called back and tried to set an appointment, and she was very short to me, mind you I hadnt done anything to her other than ask about the appointment. I asked her, "okay, are you rude all the time or are you just having a bad day?" To which she responded again in a very blunt tone, "how am I being rude to you??" I paused and smirked, then made my appointment. No one should have to go through such unsavory customer service to make a simple appointment. I am not pleased.

We have taken the kids to this facility several times now and each time Dr. Haiders nurse was extremely RUDE. She makes a point of being condecinding every time she opens her mouth! Three different people have had the same oppinion about her as well, so its not just my husband and I. I would rather sit in the busiest ER in the state of Texas than subject my children or myself to her horrible "personality". I am sure she would not appreciate it if someone treated her the way she treats them. I strongly believe in the golden rule, obviously this lady does not.

I was told my blood work results would be in within 2-3 days. I called on the 5th day only to have the receptionist tell me, "and you wont hear anything back because the computer was down for a day and we close at 2 today"! Im very disappointed in the non caring or compassion for his patients.
