Saw Dr. Williams for back pain and a physical. 1st thing she says is Im going to bill you separately for 2 separate services. I was like ok. The whole appointment was pointless minus blood work on 8-29-2016 if I get results. I slipped and fell and hurt my back my job requires you to see a doctor within 7 days any time you have an injury not related to work and you must stay out 8 days. Since I push 200- 300 pound bulk every day. Saw Dr. Williams on day 7. She told me to bend over. Said it was a muscle and prescribed pain medicine. Her and her nurse refused to take paper work from my job and said I was fine to work yesterday and would not excuse me another day. I actually went in to work today in pain but the nurse at the plant sent me away for not being out the 8 day minimal despite the fact that her prescription isnt working and my back and knee are still in pain. This was my first and last visit. The sad part is I havent been to a doctor in years I picked her based on reviews shouldve checked the other set of reviews because this was a terrible experience.

Dr Williams schedules unnecessary monthly visits, when bld pressure is fine, unconcerned nor provides you with health information re health concerns. Increse meds when working, totally unnecessary! This office refused to discuss health concerns during visits. They require you to go to to portal if you want information about health concerns. Whats the purpose of coming in if the Dr cant duscuss health conerns? The staff is the worst, cant answer simple questions and again, inexperienced is the reason they send you to a website! Poor management, useless. Dont waste your time and money with this place!

I was there for my spouse. Im squeamish about seeing doctors, but after the visit to her office --- I now have an appointment. Shes very personable and thorough. Look forward to returning. Highly recommended
