I give them a 1 because at least they picked up the phone , I work for Dermatology office I called to speak to the referral Coordinator to get a referral that I needed for a patient Dr. Dott referred over to us and the person whom picked up my call initially gave me trouble from the start she opens the call with a non- welcoming tone of voice. She belittled my offices way of working and refused to help stating we do not know how to do our job I was calling because I was actually doing that exact thing working . s we all know people make mistakes papers do get lost in transition and we are human errors are o.k. a log as we accept them and learn from them .She mumbled a lot and as I rephrased the reason for my call she kept interrupting me if this I how she treats offc reps I do not even want to know how pt are treated I called again to demand to speak to a manager and to my surprise she is the manager her name is AMANDA and I hope yes you Amanda read this please brush up on your people skills and as a manager what a shame. I fear for patients that call or go to your office. The level of customer service from this individual is very very low I recommend or at that demand you be discharged from your post and reprimanded for you behavior which is unacceptable. I do not need the high tone of voice and the run around. I only rated a 1 because I needed to do so in order to get my review on here. How sad that just because she woke up on the wrong side of the bed she takes it up on the world whom is not to be blamed for her bad day. Best wishes to the company. How sad and very dishonest is this individual calling herself a manager this Amanda and to acknowledge I m not the only one whom has had a bad experience and still nothing has been done to amend this is unacceptable and shameful.

I have been sitting in this doctors office for more than two hours doing absolutely nothing. I only came here for a referral to a specialist so there is no reason for them to make me wait all that long when I dont have to see that doctor for any real reason. First in the waiting room no one took my information even though I could just see the staff on the other side of the window just chilling. Then they called in few patients who were there after I came. They dont make appointment all is on first come first serve bases which isnt true because I came first and they served few who came after me. This is my first and the LAST time here because I hate how they treat the patients and time I am wasting just sitting here.

Ive been going to Dr. Dotts office for over 3 years. Amanda, Leslie, Eddie, are a few of the staff that work for Dr Dott. Everyone has been great to deal with during this time. I drive from Richardson to Irving because I love the staff. This office does, at times, has long waits due to the fact that they do not take appointments. Why take appointments? They never see you when you are scheduled unless you are the first person in. They take you as you come, they spend time with you, and they try to ensure that they get it right. This isnt a fast food drive through. 5 stars to all of you. You are all great people who happen to be very good at what you do!

Very rude and disrespectful to senior citizens. Foul language and very bitter attitude. The assistant with the purple no hair tied up is and has always been rude and unprofessional. She is very unhappy and lacks the cheer of a happy enviroment. Besides the rude enviroment, Dr. Dott is top of the line and very, very professional and good. Going to be hard to replace him .

Only not a 5 store because the facility has old outdated furniture and equipment. But thats all material. Excellent Physicians, Ken & Greg. The Staff didnt treat me as people complained in the review. Maybe not everyone is super nice. I too believe customer service is important and not everybody has superb skills in it. But the staff was pleasant.

Dr. Dott is the most caring & gentle Doctor, that I have ever been to. I can say the same for Greg. The girls in the office are very professional, also caring. I have been going to Dr. Dott since 1999, when his office was on North Belt line rd. Dr. Dott has always listened to me and my needs. I am blessed to have Dr. Dott for my Doctor.

Ive been treated by Dr. Dott ever since I was 9 years old! AMAZING doc, but the receptionist who answers the phone is RUDE! She said no to me before I could even finish asking my question.... Read the reviews before going to this place. The wait is HORRIBLE! Ill be taking my business else where. Good luck.

Amanda, the so called manager was a horrible, mean disgusting point of contact. This doctor will continue to lose business because of this scum. I feel sorry for patients in pain or sick who have to come into to see this unprofesssional joke. Horrible bed side manner horrible.

The african american lady at the front desk was VERY rude! Been going to this Dr for years however they lost 3 generation of my family after today. (No hard feelings Dr. Dott but I wont be treated this way.) Dr. Dott is a good Dr just dont feel his staff is on the same page.

I tried explaining I dont have copay but was charged anyways. Very rude as well and when I called and her tone with me was rude again I asked for dr. Dott to call me and she refused. Dr. Dott is such a great dr. But is it worth losing patients

I dont think Ive had a bad experience at this clinic -- except on one occasion when I called, the lady I spoke to was rude. The wait is a killer but I like the staff and Dr. Dott is great so personally its worth the wait.

Read some reviews about Dr Kenneth and his staff... And most folks was saying that the staff was rude. Well I didnt see or hear any of that. Everyone was kind and polite !! 5 stars !!

Wait time was a little lenghty, staff isnt the friendliest but overall experience Dr. Dott was very pleasant and not to mention informative. I will be back...
