Whoever answered the phone when I called was rude and barely listening to me. When I explained symptoms there was a huge, long pause afterwards like she wasnt listening. I didnt have my insurance card on me, so she would not schedule the appointment. Ive never had to provide specific insurance info just to get an appt. If I cant be treated properly on the phone, I definitely dont want to go into the office. Maybe someone with more personality or people skills should answer the phones.

Dr. Moreland is fantastic. Ive visited several times for various conditions, and he was always attentive, polite, and cheerful. Highly recommended for anyone in the area.
