His receptionist Nina is the WORST receptionist Ive ever encountered. She is poorly mannered, rude and is incompetent of doing her job. I called about blood results for my Dad (because he cant speak English very well) and was greeted with "Oh, I didnt speak with you earlier" Excuse me? If this lovely young lady Nina feels that she is unhappy in her job and cant greet her patients with respect and courtesy then may I suggest a change in career? Im so glad I live in Keller and can get proper care from physicians that cares about their patients. These Vietnamese doctors in Arlington think they can get away with anything because there is a large influx of Vietnamese people like my parents whom English is not their first language. Dr. Timothy and Micheal Dao please take a closer look at who you hire for these positions. This is your first and only impression that you get to make for new and existing patients and if they are not warm and welcoming, you will lose patients. Susan Ho Keller, TX

I absolutely love Dr Michael Dao and the staff has been awesome. I normally hate going to see doctors and stopped for over 10 years then diagnosed with a neurological issue and hated the doctors I had. I felt invisible to them. Dr Dao makes me feel heard and takes his time then takes action. Love this place!!
