I feel its very unprofessional for a dentist/doctor to do a "follow up" on a five year old without having any regards to how the child feels. Not a single concern for my daughter and how her mouth felt after her procedure was done when she had still been in pain the third week and mouth still bleeding after brushing. Any other office Im sure would ask the parent how the child has been progressing the past few weeks since a five year old is not comfortable enough to fully express themselves without their mother by their side. I was also told that I would get a call from the dentist regarding this issue and never did. I spoke with the manager the following day and as you can see on all other "bad ratings" all they can do is give a reason/ excuse as to why something happened. Not an apology or a "I thank you for your business and best wishes in the near future..." as most professional businesses would. She instead wanted to go back and forth with me and talk over me until I decided to hang up the phone. I saw in a post where she stated that the Doctor does a follow up call with new patients and that was new to me because I never received one of those either. I really hate I was recommended there and wasted gas driving 45 mins away to what I thought would be a good experience for my children and my self. Other than that, the front staff was very patient and understanding.

Awful experience for me and my child. My four year old had to have 2 crowns and I could hear her screaming in the waiting room I asked them what was going on they said she is just scared I asked to go back and they refused. She started to scream louder and I immediately told them to stop and bring her out they said it would be five minutes. After bringing her out she was still crying they said she would be numb for an hour and a half she was screaming in pain afterward she was not numb when we left the office. Had they asked her why she was crying instead of telling her to stop she could have told them she could feel it. Had to alternate Tylenol and Motrin she was in so much pain afterward. She said it hurt so bad when they were doing it and that he just kept saying to stop crying. I had to take her to a different dentist on day two because she was still in pain and they let me go back and it was a much better experience. Lesson learned if they wont let you go back there is a reason. So awful and such a terrible experience for me and my daughter. I called after I left and cancelled my sons upcoming appointments after this happened with my daughter and and they were not concerned. Hope no other child or mother has to experience this.

Well went to get my sons teeth cleaned and a regular checkup it was the first time I have ever been there and it took over three and a half hours not to mention they wouldnt let me go back with my seven-year-old son who was scared. Finally they let me go back there and explain how much my bill would be apparently my son had 4 cavities needed all crowns and caps and fillings the bill went up into the thousands they were talking about major surgery and so on the next day I go to a different dentals office and they tell me the only problem he had is one cavity and buy the looks off his adult teeth coming in there was really no need to do.anything if he was not in pain. this place is a scam.

After meeting Dr. Miller and his team, Im extremely satisfied with the care and compassion my son receives during his dental visits. From the ladies at the front desk to the dental assistants in the back, we are always greeted with awesome smiles! I also appreciate the time Dr. Miller takes to make sure I understand the care thats given to my son and assurance everything will be ok! I would recommend Dr. Miller and his team to any parent searching for a competent, reliable, courteous and most of all professional Dentist.

Absolutely love the people working here. The front staff are so friendly, they greet everyone by name as if they know exactly who they are even if youve only been there once in 8months! Dr. Miller is amazing, he takes time to go over everything with you & answer all questions.I was in tears when we left from the first visit because he was the first dentist to find a way to fix my daughters chipped front tooth! Everyone else said it couldnt be done because of insurance. Her insurance has never changed in 10 yrs!

Terrible they take your kids back without you then if your kids will not open their mouth or they are scared they want you to allow them to restrain them and parents are sitting in the waiting room while they kids holler and scream. If you care for your kids never subject them to this horrible dentistry.

After today, I will be looking for another dentist for my kids. My kids do not like coming here, they feel dentist is too rough but some of dentist assistants are nice. But today I spent entirely too much time. 7:57am-10:12am. Entirely too long.

After leaving bruises on my 2 year old, the nurse said "hell get over it". He is 4 now, and scared to death of going to the dentist. Dont walk away from this place...RUN! They do not care about your child or you!

Very disappointed with this place!! My Doughter got a big scratch on her face and doctor Adrian Miller didnt even bother to apologize or express any concern about it. Not a good place to take your kids to.

I did not like how he was pinned down. Did not realize that was what the waiver was for. When I wanted to go back and comfort my child, I could not. The door was locked. Did not like that either.

The staff are nice but the wait time, is a bit lengthy just be prepared to wait 25 to 30mins before you are seen and thats being on time for your appt.
