Well I certainly have never experienced good times with this man. However he has been responsible for the abrupt end of some bad times. Very friendly help at the front desk, Mindy treats you like family! Dr.Horal is very professional and absolutely gives honest unbiased advice. Cant say that Ive enjoyed my visit (root canal) but I wouldnt have taken my teeth anywhere else!

Very disappointed with the service I got here. I should of asked for a second opinion when Dr. Horal wanted to drill in all quadrants of my mouth, claiming 15+ cavities. He ran my pockets for the insurance money, and I played dumb. my fault. Ill be looking for another dentist. I let him work me for about 1 year. My teeth still hurt from fillings over 6 months ago.

I have avoided the dentist for many years. One day my tooth snapped in half, we called Dr Horal and he was able to take care of it right away. since then I have used them for cleanings and have taken all their advise when it comes to my oral hygiene. The staff is friendly and courteous and have been more than helpful. Thank you

The secretary who books appointments is rude when you cancel appointments. Charging me $50 should be enough of a penalty for cancelations but she has to make you feel bad about it too. :( This is a rating for their customer service over the phone. poor.
