Im a disabled Vietnam Marine Corps Veteran who used the Veterans Administration for all my medical needs. After many years of dental treatments, I had the VA make me dentures. After several months of dental work and delays, I received my dentures and was totally dissatisfied. I was given dentures that were off center, slanted and had gaps. I proceeded to my congressman and filed a claim against the VA to get them done by a Dentist of my choice. Dr. Brad Dixon was referred to me by another veteran friend and I made an appointment. Dr. Dixon pulled the remaining four teeth and gave me implants on my lower and a NEW set of dentures. Ive had them for about 4 years and have no problems whatsoever. The dentures Dr. Dixon made fit perfectly and Im able to eat apples and corn on the cob with little or no effort. I can enjoy a good steak and even chew gum again. Dr. Dixon fixed my teeth, gave me a smile again and I feel much better because of him. If anyone asks me for a dentist, I always recommend Dr, Dixon. He not only is a professional but takes the time to add a personal touch to all his clients.

For the last 2 weeks I was experiencing a toothache, and like many men, I tried to endure it for as long as I could. Ive been to Dr. Dixon’s office several times in the past, but unfortunately Ive missed a handful of appointments and a year or two had passed. I called the office and told them about the several nights of pain and discomfort and was immediately accommodated with an emergency appointment. When I got there later in the day everyone was extremely compassionate and caring, from the receptionist to the dental assistants to Dr. Dixon himself. No lectures about how it was a tooth that the doctor had warned me about over a year ago, and no judgmental behavior about how I’d missed my last 2 (okay maybe 3) check-up appointments. I think it’s about time I take my oral health seriously, so I’m certain that I will follow Dr. Dixon’s recommendations this time, starting with my periodical check-up appointments. Thank you Dr. Dixon, Sherri, Jennifer, Susan, and the rest of the staff.

I had a referral for Dr Dixion from a neighbor who told me her nickname at her dentist was SUPER CHICKEN .. I thought that was funny because that is what I called myself when I thought about going to the dentist.. Now Im no spring chicken and being so afraid of the dentist for over 30 years I had finally decided to go .. I made the appointment with Dr Dixion and I have to say how excited I am with him and his wonderful staff !! Hes the most gentle and caring professional Dentist Ive ever encountered in all my 70 years. Ive had to have a lot of work done and his staff is always very happy and generous to make me most comfortable.. His office is equipped with all the newest equipment. Dr Dixion is up to date on all the latest technology.. My experiences have been nothing short of Fantastic !! I highly recommend Dr Dixion and his wonderful staff !!!!! Absolutely!!

Dr. Dixon and his staff are absolutely the very best, professionalism and humanly compassionate people I have ever encountered in the dental profession. The very second you walk in, you are received with a kind smiling face and an act of warm welcoming. It is like you are at a family renunion and everyone is glad to see you. Dr. Dixon is a very friendly and caring dentist that understands how you as a person wants to look. During my procedures, I felt no pain and I healed very quickly and that is because of Dr. Dixon experience and expertise in his job. You WILL walk away happy, happy, happy. I couldnt wait to smile again and it feels good. I have been telling my family and friends that Dr. Dixon turned my frown upside down and now I can be the smiling person that I used to be. I returned to Gainesville after being gone 13 years. When I looked into a dentist, all I could find on my plan were large clinics. My daughter had a bad experience at one in SC, so I refused to use them. I contacted Dr. Dixons office and they helped me realize that my out-of-pocket cost would be about the same with them, even though they werent in my plan. Thank goodness! I had been a patient here from 1990-97 and I trusted them. Dr. Brad is very serious about doing the best job possible and he and the office staff make you feel at ease. And, while Dr. Brad is very serious about his work, he enjoys keeping things light and making sure you are comfortable. When it comes to finding a dentist, being comfortable with what they suggest for your treatment and with the way they treat you is very important, and they do a great job at it.

Unbelievably comfortable atmosphere! Every single staff member from the front desk to Dr. Dixon is kind, considerate and extremely professional. I brought my 3 year old with me while I had a cleaning, and they made her feel just as comfortable as me! Jennifer, my hygienist, brought a toddler sized chair into our room for her! And speaking of Jennifer, Ive NEVER had a better cleaning! She was incredibly gentle and especially so around a tooth that was already very painful with cold water or air. I cannot say enough great things about her! Dr. Dixon was so sweet to my daughter and me. Hes thorough and honest! What more could you want from a dentist! Dr. Dixon runs a state of the art, 5 star dental office with quality service and exceptional customer service to EVERYONE!

I had not been to the dentist in over 20 years because of the amount of pain they usually inflicted. My boss recommended Dr. Dixon because he was a pain free dentist and had just finished having work done on his teeth. After meeting with Dr. Dixon and his staff, I had some very extensive work done and as promised there was no pain and the healing took just days instead of the normal weeks. There was never any lectures about what I should have done but was treated with respect, kindness and a caring not normally found in most dentist. Dr. Dixon and his staff are individuals of the highest quality and I would recommend them to anyone.

Had initial consultation, X-rays. Then met with Dr Dixon, he was very nice and made you feel at ease, we talked joked , as he made me feel at ease, Loved the young lady Jennifer, she is so kind and knowledgeable, also helpful. I explained as to what I needed and that I could afford.. I returned Monday to see what the plan was to see what could be done... I am going in Wednesday to get things set up for my procedure. As I entered the front door..Sharon kindly greeted me & asking how was my hubby (as she remembered us talking about my hubby health issues) to Jen, to Dr Dixon, A pleasant staff, like Family...

Best Dentist EVER! Im a new patient at Dr. Dixons office and could not have been more pleased. The staff is super nice and make you feel at home, answer all your questions and help you in any way they can. I had 6 teeth pulled and was so filled with anxiety and fear of the pain from it all I literally made myself sick to my stomach. Now that its over I cannot stress to you how great it was! I had absolutely NO PAIN, during or days after getting my teeth pulled. Sounds crazy I know, but its true. I live about 40 minutes away from his office and it is so worth the drive. Great experience and great Dentist!!
