Be very careful if you decide to use this dental practice. They will over estimate how much yow owe them after your claim is filed with your insurance and then hold your money hostage after you catch that they over charged you. I was over charged $150. At the time I decided to opt for a credit instead of a refund. A portion of the credit was used, but now I need to have the remainder of the credit refunded and Im getting nothing but the runaround. When you call and mention that you have a credit with them, no matter who you speak with, they all act shocked and question why you think you have a credit. Now they wont refund me and are saying I still have a claim open from six months ago that would need to be looked into before they could process a refund. No one will call me back. Ive been fighting with them for almost a week. Worst experience with a dentist I have ever had!!

Im so happy I found d Dr. Reddy and her staff!!! She made coming to see the dentist a relief!! Nothing painful, no anxiety at all!! She is so caring and patience. Im not afraid to come to the dentist anymore!! As long as I can come here, I know Ill be taken care of by caring people.
