Never again will I go to this dentist office..my son cried overnight because his tooth was hurting so I completed a questionnaire online describing what my needs were so that they could contact me as soon as they open. I went into detail about the pain my son was experiencing and also expressed this when I was called at 7:30 the next morning to book an appt. When I got there for my 10:00 am appt we waited almost an hour to be seen. My son received X-rays and once again I informed the person giving the X-rays of the pain my son was in. We were told to wait in a treatment room for the doctor. While waiting for the doctor, a lady that worked there came in and immediately began looking at my sons X-rays on the computer and turned around 2 minutes later to say " Im Natalie, the dental hygienist". I was always taught to speak when you enter a room but that may not be a part of the training at this dental office. She then looks into my sons mouth and back to his chart and begins to grill me about the last time he had a cleaning and how we need to do that and create a treatment plan so we wont piece mill the work done on his mouth. Another hygienist asked her, " do you want me to schedule a cleaning today?" And she said "NO, I am going to talk to the doctor about this right now". I guess she thought we were there to just get our teeth checked..but where is the communication in this office? Before she came in the treatment room, she should have known why we were there. I had to finally interrupt her to say "maam, we have a cleaning appt set for Monday but at this moment we are here because he is experiencing pain". She then says "oh I get it" and then leaves only for us to wait for the dentist to come. That whole experience in itself was rude and I will NEVER return to them. And its no point in trying to schedule them for any type of emergency pain relief...find someone else who can get you in immediately and acts like its a priority to relieve your child of pain!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!! I received a call from the dental office telling me that my child had to have a pre-op form filled out before she could have her cavities filled. Okay no problem. But then I am told that the form cannot be filled out more than 30 days prior to her appointment. Now, HOUSTON we have a problem. Fine time to tell me after I have scheduled the appointment. Then, I ask the young lady, why wasnt I told about this form before. She says, "well, we didnt know that she needed the form as part of her file." Really???? I am quite sure that this is not the first time this office has performed sedation dentistry, so this cannot be the first time they have ever heard of this form. I call the PEDIATRICIANS office to reschedule the appointment, and of course it is less than 24 hours before the appointment, and they want to charge me a cancellation fee because of the late notice. What can I do, but bite the bullet and pay it, right??? I explain this to the lady at TEBO, and you know what??? No sympathy at all. I ask " Hey, how are you guys going to make this right for me?" Answer, " There is nothing we can do." You could give a credit equal to what I paid for the cancellation fee off of my childs braces, but since you wont act; I will. After this appointment TEBO, I am done with you money hungry grubs. I am fed up, and I will not continue to put up with your lack of knowledge for your job and your lack of organization. Get your CRAP together. You are just plain terrible!!!

This place is horrible. They get you to pay first before they will do anything. Never had this happen before and now I know why. Its because they dont care what kind of treatment they give your kids because they already have your money. A mom at the kids school took her kids there and recommended this place so I took the kids. WRONG!!! The dentist Dr. Echols and his assistant Nikki should never work with kids at all. They were so rude and made fun of my kids when they were crying. I told them before any procedure was done that the kids were scared of the dentist. They each assured me they know how to handle it. At one point during one of the kids procedure, they threatened to remove me because I was talking to my child. I was trying to calm him and reassure him that everything was going to be ok. I was wrong. After they finished, the dentist and assistance were talking so loud that the whole office could hear them. They were still making fun of and complaining about how my kids were. The lady at the desk, Carolyn, tried to give them toys but she knew they messed up. The look on her face said it all. I complained about them but they didnt do anything. I never returned. Thanks for traumatizing and scarring them for life. My rating of them is NO STARS!!! but that is not a choice.

This is the worst place we have ever taken our kids to have their teeth checked and worked on. They are only about the money, be careful not to sneeze in their office or you will get charged as well. Everything there will take ten different steps to get done where in other places will only take one. Even when we went to another dentist they are still trying to get money from you by charging you extra to send X-rays over to the new doctor. They will also send you these ghost invoices with funny charges and no explanation, when you call for one then you are required to do an electronic signature to get the explanation as to why they are charging you more money. Is like a bad comedy movie, the things these people do is absolutely unbelievable...

Took our 3 yr old after they see her they tell us that she has a cavity and they will not be able to take care of it. We already knew she has a cavity. They are pediatric dentistry, dont really know what they mean that they cannot do oral sedation, I am related to medical field so I know what different types of anesthetics are and giving oral sedation is dental school 101 . It feels like the ad, I am dental monitor, i inform and dont fix anything. What a waste of space and mind.

Decent dentist and they do a good job of entertaining the kids, but dont you dare miss a confirmation attempt for an appointment. Theyll just cancel the appointment without letting you know then refuse to see you when you show up like you were scheduled to. Ridiculous.

The Staff has been amazing! We always feel welcomed. I have a severe fear of dentists and was afraid this would rub off on my children but wow was I wrong. The staff here works hard to keep them relaxed and to make it fun for them. Super thankful we found this place!
