Had a horrible experience. My daughter had anxiety about going to the dentist and I put off her 1st visit far too long and she had some cavities that were causing her some discomfort. I explained to the receptionist and the hygienist our situation, and took responsibility for the condition of her teeth. They only had hard adult bite wings for x-rays and they were hurting my daughters gums because they didnt fit and the hygienist didnt hide her frustration well. The dentist Dr. B. was horrible. He was unfriendly from the beginning, looked in her mouth for about 30 seconds and started scolding me in front of my daughter. He explained that it would cost me 12 to 16 thousand dollars if I let things go...which was clearly not my intention. When I said " I understand" and smiled he said " you are taking this awfully lightly considering you could be endangering your daughters life, and infection could enter the blood stream and cause brain infection, heart disease etc" All this in front of my daughter who he had barely spoken to. He then started lecturing her about how she wouldnt leave food out all night and eat it the next day so she better brush better. Then told her it wasnt her job anymore and I was in charge of brushing her teeth 2x a day " Thanks for starting her off with such a great experience of dentist visits. If I didnt have to wait for a referral to a pediatric dentist I would have walked out of his lecture. There are ways to educate clients without making them leave in tears. Horrible experience from start to finish.

I had a great experience there, well as great as can be expected after neglecting my teeth for as long as I did. The hygienist, while it was torture what she was doing,(Checking my gum health) was friendly and professional, and it couldnt be done any other way. I liked her though, and she tried to make it the least painful as she possibly could. I had to come back and get an extraction, and a filling for a cavity, both were basically painless, after the pain medications administer. The doctor and the staff are courteous an professional in my opinion. But I mean, who likes going to the dentist? Not me thats for sure, but Im glad I chose this one.

I took my Mom to get Dental work at woodland family dental the other day. Dr.B was her dentist. My Mom was nervous about the procedure. Dr. B and the staff were outstanding. Not only did they make her feel better, she also got excellent dental care. Dr. B even called me back a couple of times to throughly explain what he had done and what my Mom needed to do the following days. I want to thank Dr. B and his wonderful staff for taking such good care of my Mom. I highly recommend this office!

My experience with Dr. B and all of the staff at Woodland Lake Family Dental was extremely positive. I cannot say enough good things about them. I was extremely anxious before my procedure. They sat and talked to me, put my favorite music on and by the time Dr. B came in I had completely calmed down. Dr. B is fantastic at giving shots. Almost no pain. He kept me informed as to what he was doing, how long it would take and what I would feel. I cannot recommend them enough!

They do run on time however, their hygienist digs into your gums. This has happen to my child as well as my husband and myself. We all had to come home and take something for the pain. They gave my husband a referral to have a wisdom tooth extraction for #17, when it was tooth # 16. They also did a filling for him, 2 weeks later the tooth cracked all the way down and he had to have an oral surgeon take it out.

After having bad teeth for almost all of my adult life i took the step and went to them. I am so glad i did. Wonderful staff, Dr.B was great. Made it painless when he could. I had teeth pulled, fixed alot of work done. I felt comfortable with all of them and now i have a wonderful smile. Thank you all for the great work you did on my mouth.
