I am kinda new to the office but the times I have been to the office everyone that works at Simply Dental has been nice to me and gone out of their way to help me. As a former dental assistant myself everyone seems to be professional and works as a team. The doctors are there for you and not your money. Which is very important to me. I dont like going to the dentist or doctor where they dont care about their patients and all they care about is just the money. Simply Dental cares and makes you feel comfortable and everyone is nice. What a great atmosphere to be in. Thanks for all you have done for simply dental I really appreciate it. I think it is awesome that simply dental is having a drawing to win a prize. Again they care about patients and I would be so grateful to win. It would just make me so happy and my thoughts about the office that much better. I would recommend this office to anyone because they are great. I absolutely adore Dr. Carter and the entire staff at simply dental! When I first came to them I have had horrible experiences with other dentist and I had stayed away from regular check ups for years as a result. Dr. Carter was so kind and patient with me. He simply told me that I was in good hands and that they would promise to be gentle and make me feel comfortable. They definitely lived up to their promise! They did not only my cleaning but they also did some cosmetic bonding that looks so good no one can even tell it isnt my natural teeth!! I eventually ended up bringing my daughter to see Dr. Carter and again was blown away at his kindness and the professionalism of his staff. Not only are they very good at what they do but they make you feel so warm and welcome that you forget youre even at the dentist. Ive never met a dental office like them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone especially those that have had bad experiences another dental offices. They are very warm, welcoming, no judgment team!!!!!

I had my first dental appointment for a cleaning in about 3+ years on Monday October 12, 2015. (right... A MONDAY?!?) I was so nervous. I arrived early with all my paperwork pre-filled out. I hopped on their FREE wifi and waited. I was called back about 3 minutes later. Chelsea was my hygienist. I let her know that my nerves were off the hook and that is why it had been years since a cleaning. She was kind and sweet. She took x-rays and then cleaned my teeth. It was so much better than what I had built it up to be in my head! Dr. Haycock was my the dentist that checked my teeth. He took his time and was very genuine! I did have 2 small cavities. I went ahead and made my next appointment right there. I was so pleased and my fears of the dentist have decreased tremendously!!!! Next up... convincing my husband to go! My daughter has been too (age 7) and she was happy also!!!! This is a wonderful dental practice! I would recommend them to anyone especially if you are anxious about the dentist.

To start, let me say that we have had horrible experiences with other pediatric dentist in the surrounding areas, to the point that my daughter was terrified of every dentist. We were recommended to Simply Dental by family and thought we would give them a shot after years of dreading that dental check up time of year and wow! Simply Dental is a blessing. My daughter LOVED them. Loved them so much that she actually would cry when we passed their office because she wanted me to take her to have her teeth cleaned. Its been a few years now with us using them and both of my kids absolutely love them. They tell me how fun their visit was. My son wants to stop by just to say hey. The staff here also is jam up! Super friendly, super informative, and they actually care for their patients. I was extremely impressed on day one and years later we still are. I recommend them to everyone who is looking for a dentist. We could not ask for a better group, they are amazing!

After having multiple issues from Coastal Dental... I had a friend recommend Dr. Carter and Simply Dental. I like to play around most of the time. The first time I went in I was goofing around, and very playful, and the staff was very courteous and played right along with me. At the same time they maintained a very professional feel. This was totally different than I have been lately. Stressed out due to exhaustion, I come in and just want to get it over with. They give me the numbers for my cost, and estimates for any future visits, all with a smile. They have never made me uncomfortable and even if my family has a serious issue, they are courteous and friendly without drama, and conscious of my costs. Best dental office I have ever been to. Friendly, Courteous, Cost-Conscious, and Savvy. Highly Recommended!

This is an amazing dental office. Dr. Carter and his staff are absolutely amazing. I am one of those people that has had bad experiences with dentists in the past (dating all the way back to my youth), so I was a nervous wreck when I went in for my first visit a few years ago. Amanda was the first one I met, and she immediately made me feel at ease. Since that first appointment, between me and my children, I think we have interacted with almost everyone there. Dr. Carter is professional, but will take whatever time is necessary to make you comfortable. Twice after having extensive work done, I received a follow up call the next day to make sure I was ok. I can, with all honesty, say that Dr. Carter is the best dentist I have ever had.

My experiences at simply dental have been very rewarding. I have been going there for 2 years now. Before i found Dr.Carter and his staff going to the dentist wasnt a fun thing to do, but new i need to go. Each visit Im treated great and my comfort comes first to them. It is very easy to see that all of the staff their care a great deal for each and every patient that comes through the door. If your looking for a great and understanding dentist that truly cares for your well being, give them a try. Also i had the opportunity to meet Dr. Haycock the new Doctor and have heard great work from him as-well. Smiling is so much easier after leaving Simply Dental!

After moving to Loganville in 2012 we were referred to #simplydental. My family of four have been patients every since with routine check ups. The front office staff is very friendly and greet you with a smile every time. The hygienists are friendly and make you feel at ease upon greeting you at the door to reclining in the chair working on you. Whether service is recommended or it is a routine visit with no troubles they give new meaning to bring in a Dr office. We will continue to be patients and refer others that are looking.
