This business falsely advertised a service product "Snap On Smile" at a specific cost $1500 but upon attempt to purchase said service "Snap on Smile" the business doubles the price to $3000. This company attempts to pilfer, price gouge, and racially profile consumers. The business offered with the free consultation a set of free x-rays and free examination. I was not given the x-rays as advertised. On March 23rd 2015, I spoke with Sarah Pendlin about my interest in purchasing "Snap on Smile" at the total cost of $1500 for my top and lower teeth. Sarah affirmed that this would be the price and scheduled me to come in to the Dr. Kurz office March 24th, 2015 to be fitted in a mold and the office would order the "Snap on Smile" devices for my teeth. I arrived on March 24th at 8:16 a.m. for my scheduled visit. After attempting to change my mind into tooth bonding at the cost of $14,500; I explained to Sarah I only wanted the "Snap on Smile" at which time she told me that it would $3000. I explained to her that is not what the advertisement said. Nor was that what she quoted me on the phone. She said that the new cost would be for the top and the bottom teeth and that was what I would be required to pay if I wanted to purchase "Snap on Smile". I told her that I only wanted to pay the $1500 that had been advertised and Sarah said "Sorry" and she stood up and walked out of the station I was being serviced in. I proceeded to quietly exit the office.

While there are certainly several dentists to choose from where I live, I choose to drive to Kurz Family Dentistry because of the 5-star service. The office is very clean and inviting. During your visit, you are offered free internet, cold or hot drinks and a comfortable waiting room. They even offer you toothbrushes with toothpaste in them, so you can prep before going back for your treatment. All of the staff including the receptionist, hygienist, office manager and dentist are very friendly and professional. Sarah reviewed my insurance in laymans terms, so I was able to clearly understand what my patient responsibility was. After my cleaning today, we realized I needed a procedure. Due to my insurance waiting period, I have to wait 60 days. There was no pressure to make the appointment sooner; they understood my need to wait. They did offer to complete the procedure that day if that were my desire, but I declined. My teeth look amazing, and the cleaning was very gentle and thorough. I look forward to my next appointment, and Ill definitely refer my family and friends to Kurz Family Dentistry!

Like most, I am normally not a fan of going to the dentist. However, after my recent visit to see Dr. Kurz that opinion has changed. The entire experience was a pleasant surprise. I was greeted with a friendly welcome upon arriving for my appointment and offered free WiFi and refreshments prior to being taken back for my appointment. The doctor took her time in explaining the treatment that was needed and the staff at the front went over the estimated coverage from my insurance so that I knew exactly what to expect. They were able to get treatment done the same day so I did not have to take any additional time off of work. Great job by all! I will definitely be telling my friends about my new dentist!!!!

I always have a very pleasant visit here. Office is very clean everyone is always very considerate. Dr. Kurz has always done a great job and never had to second guess anything she has informed or performed on me. I came to her because a bad visit at a office in Lawrenceville where they couldnt get me back in I called like 10 places shes the only office who even acted like she cared. I also enjoy how all of the dental hygienist explain very well step by step what service they are performing in my mouth, because it makes it a lot less tense when you know why and what instead of just sitting with someone with their fingers in your mouth in silence. Thanks for always being there when I needed you.

In a word, this dentistry practice is wonderful. If you prefer a longer version, my experience has been pain free through the efforts of Dr Kurz and her staff. They go the extra distance in a direct, honest and caring manner. I dont think Dr Kurz would recommend a procedure that wasnt necessary. After years of anxiety regarding my dentist visits I now find myself enjoying them. Her front office staff takes the time to explain the financial costs in a clear manner and to educate me in new or different techniques in preserving my teeth. This is a cheerful office that listens to its patients. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Ive been going to Dr. Kurz for over 5 years now and I will never go to another dentist. I came to be aware of the practice several years ago because I was in pain and I was looking for a dentist close by. She treated me and then referred me to a specialist for my particular issue. The Kurz Family Dentistry staff is so professional. Dr. Kurz continually keeps the practice abreast of new technology and techniques. And, they also participate in community service, providing dental help for those who cannot afford it. Give Dr. Kurz and her staff a try. You cant find a more capable crew.

The service I have received from Kurz dentistry over the past 15 years has to be rated as A+. They are always very polite and focused on customer needs and concerns. There have been times when they have taken me in without an appointment due to some unusual dental issue requiring their attention. Their reminders on scheduled appointments and follow-up on services provided have been excellent. They have good control of time management so as to limit wait times and actual time spent in the dental chair. I have recommended Kurz dentistry to several of my friends.

Ive been coming here for awhile and I really like it. My favorite part is that they have things for us kids to do while we wait. For example, all the mind games and the computer anyone can use. I also really like all the drinks they offer too!!! The people that work here to are really nice and this is the only dentist that I havent been nervous at.

Very professional and polite! The waiting room is very comfortable, they have a beverage bar while you wait! I love that its a multicultural office, I feel very comfortable when I am there and the hygienist take there time and do it right. I found this office by reading reviews and it payed off! Todays dental checkup and cleaning was fantastic! Angela (new dental hygienist) at Dr. Kurz was WONDERFUL! She used some great technology to clean the tartar off my teeth reducing the pick time! She was caring and so professional! Best experience today at the dentist. Highly recommend this dental office.
