The nice folks at this office begin your visit with a warm welcome at the front desk- Theresa gets you signed in right away. Usually Im "in" in 5 minutes or so. All the dental assistants are very nice and love to talk to people so time goes by quickly. Dr. McCoy is a great dentist. Truly she has chosen the right field. She includes you in every aspect of the discussion about how best to care for your teeth and cares about everyone like family. She smiles all the time and really knows her stuff! They have the latest technology there for dental work and just man- youre in and out very quickly. Id highly recommend this office and will go check out the new office in Suwannee when it opens up. Kudos to Lisa, Venita, Jennifer, Michelle, Theresa, and the rest of the good people there for making visits enjoyable! Just went back for yearly visit. Very good experience. I recommend them to everyone that will listen or anyone that is looking for a new dentist!

When looking for a new dentist, some of the "search criteria" was convenient, skilled staff, competent Dr and responsive to needs. Well if that is your list, Dr. McCoy and her staff will rock your world:) Attentive, personal, friendly, accommodating and highly skilled. I actually look forward to going to the Dentist because I know I am going to be treated as though what matters to me, really matters! The entire staff must take happy pills in the morning because I have never seen them on an off day. You can tell that the leadership in the office is good because all the employees seem to like their jobs, regardless of what job they have. From being received into the office to paying the bill, the entire experience is A+. Dr McCoy, your business model is working!!

I have been to several different dentists in the Atlanta area and can confidently say that Dr. McCoy and her staff are the best by far. She and her staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgable. The office is super clean and comfortable. The administrative staff are always so helpful and ive never had an issue with scheduling or billing. She has developed dental care with a true customer service perspective in mind. The treatment and training her staff always give me in enhancing my dental health is warm and friendly.
