Jones Smiles saved my smile!!! :)) I first want to start out by saying thank you Jones Smiles. When I first called and spoke with Ms. Kimberly I was petrified. Like most people I didnt like the word dentist. I would rather lick asphalt than have to relive countless horrible experiences through out my life that I had with dentists. I was diagnosed with severe dental anxiety and I knew I needed some work done when I picked up the phone and spoke with Ms. Kimberly for the first time. I cried and explained what I was told by another dentist what needed to be done and she listened with empathy. I could tell she was sincere and she acknowledged my fear and suggested a consultation with Dr. Jones. With apprehension I agreed and made an appointment. I drove there with my fiancé terrified of what was going to happen. Would this be another bad day in my dental history? I walked into the office and was greeted with a warm welcome. Maybe it was the complimentary coffee and beverages, or maybe it was the whole staff saying "Hello" and "Welcome", or maybe it was the atmosphere of professionalism...... whatever the reason I was comfortable.... with the waiting room. So far so good. I was walked back to my room where Mrs. Brandy was very thorough with questions and listened to my answers. She assured me that this would be a fresh start and I believed her. I wiped my tears away and then met Dr.Jones. He was very pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable with patients with phobias. He told me that there was a way to do all my dentistry at once and it was called IV sedation. I had 15 cavities, a tooth extraction and what I was told by another dentist a root canal. Dr Jones informed me that the root canal needed to be tested with cold to see if the nerve was alive and IT WAS!!!! Could this tooth actually be saved with a filling??? I was giving a Px for anxiety medicine to take before treatment, scheduled the date, and I was informed of every detail and told what to expect of IV sedation dentistry. On my way home I cried tears of joy for the first time because I finally had hope of having no cavities and I beautiful smile. The day of the treatment I had all my work done at one time and it was a success. I was treated with care and love that I get only from good friends and family. The night after my treatment I received a personal phone call from Dr. Jones asking how I was doing and it was at that time he told me that all was well. The tooth that was extracted had a root that was attached to my sinus. If it had been just yanked out instead of carefully taken out by Dr, Jones: the consequences would have been severe for me. This information and the quality of my treatment assured me that I had chosen a lifelong dental office for myself and my family. I am blessed to have found a dental family that respects me and takes such great care of us. I recommend Jones Smiles to everyone: especially people with severe dental anxiety. For me going to the dentist has never been a good experience. My Dentist visits have a consistent trend of being associated with bad news and painful procedures. I was looking for a new dentist in our community and after receiving a promotional flyer I decided to try Jones Smiles. From my first phone call to their office I was made to feel comfortable about my visit. I had several fillings that were beginning to crack that needed to be replaced. I knew from past experience this was going to hurt! After my first visit Dr. Jones did an excellent job of explaining and educating me about what procedures needed to happen and why. I thought this was time well spent and very reassuring to me based on my previous bad experiences. On the day of my appointment to have six fillings replaced, a 2-3 hour job, I was anticipating the worst! Upon arrival I was greeted and welcomed by the whole staff. It was awesome. Dr. Jones and his team did an excellent job during the procedure. All I did was watch TV for a couple of hours and never felt a thing. After dental work I normally experience at least two weeks of hot and cold sensitivity. I was blown away to have had ZERO sensitivity issues after having six teeth worked on. I have been to many Dentist Offices since I moved to Atlanta 6 years ago. You know the process, an examination with a two page list of dental procedures they claim need to be completed with a price very few can afford, especially on a fixed income (over 65 patient). Not at Jones Smiles; you are actually asked what procedures you need and your outcome expectations, all at a very reasonable price. Yes, Dr. Jones conducts a very detail examination using the latest equipment and gives you options but no high pressure selling! I had two extractions and a redo of my bridge and yes it was unpleasant but I can assure you it was not as bad as I expected; virtually painless. Also, Jones Smiles is aptly named. Everyone and I mean everyone from the receptionist, technicians, dental hygienist and including Dr. Jones actually smiles. From the time you walk into the office you are made to feel you are the most important patient. They take time to answer all your questions and follow up to make sure you are Ok after you leave their office. How many Dentist do that? With so many bad experiences I feel very fortunate to have found Jones Smiles. I actually dont mind going to the Dentist.

I have been an anxious dental patient all my adult life. I avoided going to the dentist except for emergencies. When I did go, they had to sedate me. My first meeting with the staff and Dr. Jones made me feel immediately comfortable, with no anxiety. Due to chemo and stress in my life I had lost existing crowns, and broken teeth. I was in need of major repair. The staff was so calming and truly seemed to care that my visit be stress free. I have now had all my work done and feel like a new person. I smile again with confidence. The best part was I was able to have multiple crowns, bridge etc done WITHOUT SEDATION! I would have bet that would never happen! The office set up is comfortable, even big screen tvs on the ceiling while they are working on you. Dr Jones is gentle and calming and you just know you are in good hands. They are amazing! I have moved a little further away, but I will continue driving to Jones Smiles. Dr. Jones and his family of knowledgeable, professional staff coached me through every step of the way, checking on me at home, and going the extra mile in my care. I cant say enough praise for them and my treatment. I was truly blessed to find them.

I recently became my Moms caregiver and among a host of medical issues she had some severe dental issues. Upon our first visit we were greeted very warmly and the atmosphere was very inviting which we found reassuring. We then spent a couple of hours going over my Moms history, and medical needs with Angela. She was really concerned with providing my Mom with the best options and knew my Mother needed a great deal of dental work. She took time to know my Mother, what her needs, concerns, and wants were while working within our budget since my Mom does not have dental insurance. After consulting with Dr. Jones we came up with a treatment plan. We have had 3 visits since that day. Each time everyone is patient, compassionate and kind. My Mom has always had a fear of dental procedures and she cannot speak highly enough of all of the work that has been done. She absolutely loves the Jones Smiles team and I am so grateful we chose them.
