Only use Dr Jermov if you are okay with your doctor doing the following: - Lying to you about which of your insurances networks he is in, and then trying to obfuscate this fact when you point this out. He is Delta Dental Premier. He will tell you that he is Delta Dental PPO to get you in the chair. He is lying. - Speaking to you as though you are a child, regardless of your age. - Giving you his opinions on the middle east while stabbing your gumline. - Badmouthing other professionals when you switch to a better dentist. - Charging you $50 (!!) for a physical copy of your xrays. Do a casual search and youll find that most dentists charge $20 for this service, with $40 being considered high. - Refusing to email a copy of your digital xrays to your new (professional) dentist. - Printing your digital xrays out unreadably dark (theyre digital because theyre made to be brightened on a computer...). Thankfully my new dentist said "you already got screwed once this week, I dont want you to get screwed twice" and gave me a new xray for free. - Dont think that because you called the day before theyll print the xrays out ahead of time. Theyll wait until you get there and make you wait half an hour listening to them bad-mouth your new dentist while they do it. And, I reiterate, they will charge you $50 for this "service". - As another review mentions, they will treat their staff like idiots right in front of you. It scares you to think how they act when theres no customers in the building. Jermov is proud of saying that hes the only dentist at his business. Why would you have two different offices in two different cities for a single dentist? Hes closed for half the week because hes at his other office. Look at his lobby and all of the art, expensive countertops, and so on and youll understand what kind of money hes pulling in by doing this sort of skeevy behavior. I can only assume his standard clientelle are making enough money they dont notice him screwing them. And I guess they must not mind his angry poking while he rants about arabs, but personally I prefer my dentist talk about something happy while hes got sharp metal in my mouth. If youre looking for a new dentist... Keep looking. Youre only wasting time and money if you try Jermov.

Although Dr. Jermov may be "nice", his treatment of his staff makes visits very uncomfortable. He yells at his assistants in front of you. Going to the dentist is difficult enough, then to see how he yells at staff makes it more stressful. His staff was not helpful in telling you the correct breakdown of costs that may be involved with a procedure. Even after contact him/them about billing and the cost of a procedure, we never heard a response from them. You then get hit with a surprise bill, costing more than what you had expected. I for one dont like the fact that nitrous oxide isnt available if needed or wanted. I feel the quality to cost ratio was very low.

This is a great place! The Dr. Is the most knowledgable and wants nothing but the best for each patient. You truly feel like your being given gold for the price of pennies and not only are you walking away with the best product and guaranteed professionalism your also walking away with knowing what he did to you! Insurance is a very tricky thing and I myself dont understand why insurance companys can do what they do, but if any patient has an issues you can guarantee you will be explained until you fully are satisfied with understanding what is going on.

Dr. Jermov is the best dentist I have been to. He is so nice and professional and the office is beautiful. If you are looking for a dentist, at a minimum give them a call.
