I havent been to the dentist in more years than I would like to admit. I decided to go ahead and go before something horrible happened and all the teeth fell out of my head. This office was recommended to me by a friend, and boy am I glad that it was. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. When I walked in, I barely had time to site down before they were taking me back for my appointment. The hygienist, Kimberly, was very friendly and pleasant. She efficiently took all the required x-rays and cleaned my teeth. As to the teeth cleaning, it was the gentlest cleaning I have ever had and my teeth have never looked better. The dentist cam in to take a look at my teeth, and he quickly and thoroughly looked over my teeth and entire mouth. I honestly dont ever remember a dentist taking the time to check my whole mouth and throat for any signs of cancer, but I truly appreciated that he did so. The best part to me was that at no point was I harassed or made to feel guilty for not having gone to a dentist in so long. I was worried that would happen since it had been so long, but they treated as a very matter of fact. Now there is the expectation that I will no go on a regular basis like I should, and after my experience yesterday, I have no problem with that plan.

I was extremely nervous to go to the dentist because I had not been in quite a while. I didnt have the best experience growing up going to the dentist & had avoided it over the past few years. I was treated with INCREDIBLE kindness & understanding at Loganville Family Dentistry! I was truly amazed from the time I called to make an appointment all the way to check out at how easy the process was & how much these people actually cared about me & my mouth health! Dr. Katelyn took care of me & she was amazing! She & Bridget both listened to all my concerns & my questions & were really able to address everything I needed! They even gave me a blanket while they did my exam! I was very nervous about having dental work done as well as paying for it, but they assured me that they would explain everything & they even offered an in-house plan that helps when you dont have dental insurance! Seriously, would recommend this place to everyone! These people have got great hearts & really do care about your health!

I have nothing but good things to say about Loganville Family Dentistry. The staff is amazing and they always go out of their way to make you comfortable and enjoy your visit as much as you can considering what you are there for. They are also very easy to get an appointment with in emergency cases. I always enjoy seeing them and always have a more pepped up attitude when I leave. I had a very bad experience with a dentist a long time ago so I was extremely nervous when I had to come for a tooth ache. Dr. Smith made me feel so at ease and told me what he was doing every step of the way. Because he was so calm and gentle made my anxiety go down. Love Dr. Byers as well. Hes also very gentle and understands my anxiety issues. I havent had the privilege of seeing Dr. Poisal yet but Im sure shes just as good!

I have been a patient of Dr. Poisal for over 15 years. I cant begin to tell you how much I appreciate Dr.Poisal and her staff. The name says it all , they treat you like family and it goes beyond just dentistry. My grandson a new citizen from the Dominican Republic and a High School student was interested in becoming a dentist . Dr. Poisal aloud him to come into her office on a weekly basis and observe Dr. Bower treating patients. If I ever have a dental problem the dental staff always got me into the office quickly to take care of any problems. Our very first impression of Loganville Family Dentistry was of to a great start after just speaking to the front office secretary. There was no long waits to be scheduled in for appointments. We came here because we are new to the area and wanted a second opinion on some work our past dentist had recommended just last month. After a thorough exam ...the Dentist looked at my thyroid and into my mouth muscles and neck and head tissue more than you would expect at an actual physical appointment. Come to find out my son and I ended up saving money on services not needed at this time. We feel this Dentist office is a great fit for my family of 6.

Dr. Poisal and her staff are by far the most caring team of professionals around! I had a problem with a tooth right before having to head out of town and I called LFD to see if they could help. Dr. Poisal and her staff stayed late and took care of me, even though I was a new patient! Kudos for saving my trip! Before getting to see the dentist, I was taken on a tour of the office. Every piece of equipment is state of the art and brand new, and no expense has been spared to ensure that the comfort and care of the patient is taken into account. I especially liked the massage while seated in the exam chair...

This team is phenomenal. My daughter (4), my son (1), as well as myself had our evaluations and cleanings today and they were so understanding and comforting. My son was loosing his mind and they were so patient. My daughter felt comfortable enough with the team to have her exam by herself. And I have my reservations about dentists based on my experiences, but I booked another appointment because Dr. Smith was so understanding and informative. He explained everything before he did it and his knowledge and experience made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Had a great first visit today! Everyone was so welcoming from start to finish. I was greeted immediately, waited no time at all, got some new patient "swag," was given a tour, and was introduced to various members of the staff. Unlike the last dentist I tried, they really took time to get to know my dental history and ask me questions. The hygienist was so nice and did a great job, and the dentist was also very friendly and thorough. I have definitely found our new family dentist in Loganville and cant wait to bring my son for his first-ever dentist visit soon!

I have been seeing Dr. Smith And his wonderful Staff At Loganville Family Dentistry For over 5 years now. Hands down the best most professional dentist office I have ever been to. Dr. Smith has really Taken good care of my teeth. If it werent for him i probably would have lost several teeth. he has done an excellent job at reconstructing my mouth. The staff has always been very nice and helpful. I have recommended this office to many friends and family and will continue to do so. Thank you for all you have done!! GOOD JOB GUYS!!!!!!!!!!
