THIS IS THE WORST DENTIST THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. The female dentist was absolutely the rudest human being in the world. This low-rent dental practice is more concerned with cranking out the lobby full of Medicare patients than the actual care of the individual patient. If you are looking for fast-food style dentistry, you have come to the right place. If you are looking for a shred of care or even professionalism from your dental practice, you must go somewhere else. I suppose that I will make this disclaimer on behalf of the Covington Affordable Dentures location since it is nowhere on the website: If you even so much as shed a tear when the Novocain shot is being administered (by the way, Novocain, despite ones tolerance of needles, is a medicine known to sting upon administration), then you will be refused service immediately! The horrible female dentist only administered one of the two Novocaine shots that I was supposed to get (one in the upper gum and one in the lower gum) prior to three extractions, and then she literally walked away from my chair as soon as a tear rolled down my cheek after the first shot! I could write a novel about the disappointment that I experienced from this place today. This place is an absolute joke. If you enjoy sitting in a gross, dirty dental office where the patients can see and hear each other getting a personal procedure done, then I suppose that this dump is right up your alley. The exam chairs were ripped, the rooms have no television, and the incompetent staff just keeps you waiting around the whole time wondering which step of the process that you are in. WORST PLACE EVER!!!

I am sitting in the comfort of my home as I right this review. I must admit I was quite surprised by my visit today. I left home this morning full of angst, pain, dread, and fear to see Dr. INGE and Dr. HARVEY today. I lost a crown friday, and was in pain when I went to see a regular dentist who informed me I needed to have dentures. At my age, I was embarrassed because my mother and myself have spent 1000s of dollars in my mouth with fillings, root canals, extractions, and then this happened. So, as I mentioned before, I was scared. I needed immediate help because I cant walk around without a front tooth, especially since my daughter is due to give birth any time to our baby Mack. I could not ever have imagined a more wonderful dental experience. I was treated with respect, I was informed right off what to expect of my day, the procedures needed, the very affordable cost, the sweet tenderness of both of the dentists and the entire staff. I am at home, with a beautiful smile, no pain, and quite comfortable. There will be a series of visits to insure my partial will be correct and fit proper, and that healing is normal. I was impressed with the streamline of things, and by 4 pm I can smile. With pride. No stress, no significant pain and most of all, i know I was taken care of by a genuine staff who care, work well with others to make every customer happy, and are talented at what they do. I had 10 teeth removed yesterday from here. The staff was very friendly and tried to keep me calm through the process. My appointment was at 8:40 and they took me back around 9am to get the molds made. They made me aware that they were short staffed and they would call me back around 10am when they were ready to do the extractions. Around 10:45 I went back and they removed the teeth. The procedures went as expected. Afterwards they asked me to come back between 2 and 3 to pick up my partial dentures. My only complaint would be that I showed back up at 2pm, but was not called until 5pm. They said they were waiting on them to come out of the lab and there was nothing they could do. Having 10 teeth pulled and sitting there for over 3 hours was very uncomfortable. However, once I got to the back the dentist did everything she could to make sure I was happy with my dentures. And I was very pleased with them. My teeth looked horrible prior to this, and my new partials make me happier and comfortable smiling and showing my teeth. I went to a dentist prior to coming here and was given a quote double(out of pocket) what I paid here. Overall it is an all day process- but you get them same day and it is saving you so much money.

Purchased the package for the lower denture. The would not pull 2 bottom teeth and sent me to a oral surgeon who charged $650 to extract taking less than 2 minutes. That was a Wednesday and I had the teeth from AD and put them in. I tried until Friday wearing but they were rubbing my gums raw and AD are closed on the weekends. I called this Monday, good thing I did not just go in, and they will be closed all week with no notice. Called the 800 number and they say call another office but they would charge me to attempt adjustments. What good is a premium package if they are closed and you still have to pay again for adjustments? Guess I will eat lightly and wait a week. If you want to save money and no hassle, go to a regular dentist that is close by. Havent heard of them just closing down when they feel like it. The spit bowl beside the chair was dirty and corroded too. I guess from so many extractions. It should be replaced. Cant say the practice is cleanly.

awful !!! the worst experience I have ever had at any dentist in my entire life . I have been back to this place 4 times since the first appt and have not gotten any of the dentures to fit any better .they just keep telling me to use more glue and learn to live with it until they make the final set . each time I have made an appt .they would make it for 8.00 to 9.00 am and did not get seen until 1130 or 12 .then told to wait 45 min .to see if they did it right .then return between 2 and 3 pm and wait till they call you back .(each time was around 4 to 530 ).these people care nothing about their patients. this place is always packed worse than the emergency room at hospital with nothing but straight backed chairs . the reason for 1 star is today I actually had a nice nurse or assistant who was pleasant to be around .if you decide to waste your money here be sure to figure in the expense of a full day for each visit

I took my mom here and they are NOT open til 5pm despite the hours posted on the door and information provided. I went there at 4pm to pick up the dentures and they had closed! They leave at 3pm but they dont tell you that and will only deliver your dentures to you between 2-3pm anytime outside of that and you do not get them and they may be destroyed. They also have the worst customer service. The lady knew I had been calling to come pick them up and that it was the 3rd trip coming there to pick up the dentures. Her defense was "I just work here." So instead of giving us the dentures while we were there at 11am, they opted to give me a refund and destroy the dentures because I couldnt take another day off work to come back again. I wasted so much time, money, and energy going to this place. Its not worth the headache. I took off of work for nothing.
