I came here very reluctantly because it has been a year and a half since Ive gotten a proper cleaning. I knew I had a mouth full of trouble so I kept putting it off because the thought of how much it would cost to fix was depressing. We have gone through a very bad year so I put my needs last. My teeth were in pain so I had to finally go, and my mom had referred me here. Not only were the people all so incredibly kind and understanding, the x-rays revealed a lot of problems my long time previous dentist of 32 years had neglected to find. I actually cried at hearing the news of how bad my gums and teeth were- crowns, root canals, and fillings were needed plus special cleaning and other treatments. The thought of how much this would add to our sudden and enormous amount of bills was too much for me. BUT after Rhonda explained the cost and then a plan for spreading out the procedures so that I could afford it, I felt immediate relief. I feel truly grateful for coming here and I do not fear coming in for all the things I need to get healthy teeth and gums. I know they will take care of me. Rhonda was incredibly helpful and empathetic, and she made me feel comfortable there. Dr. Jacobs is very professional and thorough and actually spends time with you, you are not just a number. The prices are great and most of all, everyone is so nice, I cant say enough. Youre doing yourself a huge disservice if you go to any other dentist, I promise you! I just wish there were more people like them in the world.

I went in for a double wisdom tooth extraction. I was assured that I will feel no pain and great care would be taken care of me. The last dentist that told me this basically ripped a tooth out of my mouth while I was telling her that I can feel EVERYTHING she is doing and it was NOT pressure. Well Dr. Jacobs said he will not begin the surgery until I am totally numb. He kept his word and talked me through the top tooth being pulled out. Lawanda being as awesome as she is made sure that I was ok throughout the process. I did not notice he took the upper wisdom tooth out until he said "Are you ready for the bottom one" Im very difficult to numb so I knew there was going to be a problem with the bottom. Dr. Jacobs cut the tooth out and before I knew it I was scheduling my follow up. My overall experience was GREAT. Looks like I found my new family dentist...

29$ for the exam only (new patient special) seems good. They were polite and everything. The dentist(doctor) spent cosiderable time in explaining the issues i had I didnt feel comfortable with the way the cleaning was done(they literally hurried the work). Another bad experience its not with the dentist but with my insurance they acknowledged to pay only $50 (as choice one dental was out of network) as against $108 i paid for my cleaning and exam. I would advice to check with your insurance how much they pay (though they list 100% covered) sometimes the insurance companies do misrepresent the information and mine did.

Dr. Jacobs provided a caring environment and a team of professionals I could trust. Not only have I had cosmetic procedures done, but Ive acheived a smile for a price that is unbeatable. He even discusses my dental care beyond my current position which makes me feel that I am a lifetime patient to him. If youre looking for pain-less shots (which was a deal breaker for me), afforable dental care and a friendly environment, please try Dr. Jacobs!

My name is Scott Fox and i Recently been through the process of needing Dentures so even before my procedure i was using Choice One Dental Care, and all in all its a Great business to go through. they work with your financial situation really well, and they take Great care of you and give you tips and advice as you go along. Dustin Jacobs and his team Especially helped me get through my denture process and is still helping me get through it. Losing all your teeth isnt any kind of a small Feat..its HUGE and they take Great care of you there. Im so happy i chose his office to do this with.

My visit at Choice One Dental Care was by far an amazing experience. DDS Jacob and his staff were very professional catered with great hospitality in a highly pleasant environment. Which makes your first visit feel more comfortable and free from worry. I highly recommend Choice One Dental Care if youre going for dental work or just a regular cleaning. This office was great!! The two ladies in the front were very helpful (especially the one with the glasses) LOL! I had a bad toothache, no apt, she fitted me and I was seen right away! Dustin Jacobs D.D.S, was SUPER!!my other dentist said the job couldnt been done unless I removed my wisdom tooth, Dr.Jacobs made it happen super easy. Not to forget the Dental asst., that was helping me with my operation. she went 200%, had patience, and I had a very great sense of humor. Overall CHOICE ONE DENTAL LIVES BY THERE NAME. They should be your first choice.

First let me start out by saying I normally avoid the dentist. However, avoiding the dentist is what put me in my current situation. I headed over to Choice One to get an extraction and implant. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The assistant explained everything to me from beginning to end and the dentist himself had the extraction and implant done in about 15-20 minutes. Most importantly, it was painless!! I would highly recommend Choice One to anyone looking for not only a great dentist, but an on point staff.

The staff and doctor are very knowledgeable and friendly. I trust in their recommendations and advice. I find it easy to ask questions and discuss my concerns. The care provided is affordable and and I can typically schedule a quick appointment if needed. I had my wisdom teeth removed and have had cleaning done, in all procedures I experienced minimal to no pain. I like the fact that everyone remembers my name as well as past visits and previous concerns. The clinic makes me feel that my treatment is cared for and valued.

After looking far and wide I came across Choice One Dental Care reviews and so I decided to give them a try [after visiting another dentist locally who told me I needed all sorts of expensive dental work]. So glad I did give Choice One a visit! Choice One does quality work from everything I can tell and charges reasonable prices. I did get the insurance they offer and it did save $ over 6 months of treatment. Great friendly staff and Dr. Jacobs is wonderful taking time to explain everything.

LIFE CHANGING!!!! Rhonda and the whole entire staff at Choice One Dental displays on a daily bases the love and care that they have for their patients. For years, never truly knowing how to care for the health of my teeth and gums. Plus the importance of flossing correctly and witnessing the change that takes place when doing so.
