Nothing.. It is nice inside and clean but doesnt have a warm welcoming... You dont feel like your in an office for children. Yes, there are kids movies but with as much open space as they have it would be more ideal to have toys for the active children that dont sit well to occupy their waiting time. Also, there is a aurora of coldness and judgment that is given off by the receptionists. Not to mention the fact that your not allowed to stay in the back with your children while they are being worked on; which I have never heard of before. My oldest is ten and I have never been denied that before. A business that targets solely to children should come equipped with being able to occupy children of all walks of life....coloring books, crayons, toys, video games, etc. anything to offer an appropriate level of distraction for parents to be able to fill out the paper work. A business as such should also employ people that are able to embrace everyone that walks through the door and offer genuine kindness. It isnt always about the cosmetics... People come back to places of business for the quality of service in all aspects. Passing judgment and being short and giving off bad body language is a very poor way to operate a business--especially a business that is supposed to be solely for children

My daughter is 4. They dont like you to go into the rooms with them. This made me feel very uncomfortable and my daughter wouldnt let go of my hand so they agreed I could go back to the room with her. The doctor said she had a cavity and explained they use laughing gas and a "safety blanket" which is the Papoose board that straps down the children. They didnt even offer to show me the X-rays. I had to ask. Then I had to wait 15 minutes for the doctor to show them to me. I had a weird feeling and took my daughter for a second opinion the same day. The second dentist said they didnt see any cavities and there was no need for her to get a filling. What dentist tries to give a 4 year old a filling!! Not to mention strapping her down on that board. She likes going to the dentist right now. Im not trying to scare her and then shell never want to go again. Always trust your gut and get second opinions.

THIS OFFICE IS CHOCK FULL OF IDIOTS!!!! The receptionist is very ditzy and clueless. I scheduled an appointment with these incompetent excuses for professionals for my kids cleaning, they OVERBOOK and I was in the office for TWO HOURS. I then scheduled a follow up for fillings and I called and confirmed a week before. When I got to the appointment, they said they cancelled one of my kids appointment because I didnt confirm. Number one WHO DOES THAT and number TWO, THE IDIOTS NEVER CALLED OR EMAILED!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK HERE IF IT WERE THE LAST DENTIST ON EARTH! THEY OVERBOOK AND YOU WILL WAIT FOREVER UNLESS YOU ARE ONE OF THE FAVORITES IN THE OFFICE AND THEY WALK YOU RIGHT BACK. I have witnessed this several times. Save yourself the trouble.

I visited this new practice recently and fell in love with it. My children used to be a patients at Peachtree Childrens Dentistry but after one visit of a mortifying experience I will NEVER go back. At Grayson Pediatric Dentistry I was able to come back with my child, they introduced me to the Doctors and staff and went over the treatment my child needed slowly to make sure I understood everything they were doing. Everyone was very accomodating to all of my needs. They also let me sit with my child while she was being put on the Nitrous. I felt at home at this office and I have since referred several friends and will continue to shout their praises.

My daughter was terrified of the whole process and they werent terrible towards her. What made me stop bringing her was when they got tired of her being difficult so they wanted to charge me $45 (that insurance doesnt cover I might add) to bring her in the back without me or my husband, hold her down while they put her in a contraption that will hold her completely immobile and put a mask with laughing gas on her face for a regular teeth cleaning. If she wasnt terrified before she certainly would have been after that. They may be good for older children but I wouldnt bring a very small child here.

I visited Grayson Pediatric Dentistry for the first time & immediately loved it. The lobby was very clean with comfortable seating & televisions to keep the little ones comfortable. The staff was superb! My 9yr old son loved it! Dr. Asha was very nice & helpful. Also, my 1yr old daughter was calm with the environment but to be expected in the exam room since shes not used to it yet but I know she will grow to love it. The staff was very patient & careful with her first cleaning. I was so comfortable I wanted to schedule an appointment for ME :-)

Its clean.accomodate the kids well.but the billing. They charge money to use a restraining jacket on your kids. Sixty bucks to be exact i have insurance on my kuds and looked at my invoice they said i was in debt thousands. But my kids have only gad a few. Less than 5 cavities filled and they just go for general cleanings. Bo root canals or extractions which i gave to pay out of pocket because my insurance covers medically necessary. There is a reason they dont let parents beyond those doors.d

Dr. Asha and Staff are awesome!! We were referred to this office by a school teacher when researching for a good pediatric dentist in the area. This is the absolute best kids dentist! I am so happy with the way they take care of and treat my children. They explain everything and in a nice way. My children did not mind going to the dentist one bit! I could have only wished this place was available for me when I was a child.

They try to charge you for services that are not even needed. $75 for a blue blanket to keep a 13 year old from putting her hands near her face for a procedure. Are you kidding me???? I was told that my son needed fillings for cavities. That seemed odd. I took him to another dentist and no fillings are needed. All about the money.

Dont bother showing up earlier it wont get u any where. We was the first here at 9 15 and our appointment was at 10. I watched them call back 5 different ppl that showed up later than us. Its now past our appointment time and we are still sitting in the waiting area. Wtf
