DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!! When I moved to the Fenton area years back, I was looking for a local dentist, & stumbled upon "Drs Mesh." I called their office, & even though they were not a "preferred" dentist under my insurance provider they ensured me it was no problem & they would work with my insurance & would bill like they were a preferred provider. I was apprehensive about this & was worried about large bills & out-of-pocket expenses for getting treatment at their facility. Well, I guess I should have trusted my gut, as that is exactly what had happened. I was told by their billing manager over, & over that it was their error & they would correct the bill, but that never happened. Instead, I was billed again, & again with their penalties, late fees, etc. I mean really 19% late fees should not be charged when I was told you were looking into a billing issue. When I called their office I could never speak to the same person, nor did they seem to care about my issue. They even called me at one point & said they would give me a break on the charges, & all their made-up late fees & penalties. However, when I called to finally pay this exorbitant bill, the lady was extremely rude, & said I had to pay the entire amount & had no recollection of any agreement. There is no customer service at this place, just lies, & the feeling like you can trust them until they bill your insurance & then POW!!!! I have great dental insurance, just beware that this place loves to over-charge for any procedure, & when your insurance doesnt agree with their billing, you are left holding the bill, & then it is open season on you!!!

I just had the worst experience with Dr. Mesh. I set up an appointment for a "free, no pressure" orthodontic consult. My appointment was at 9am, and they asked me to arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I arrived at 8:45, the doors were locked, and remained locked until 9:08. I finally saw their ortho, and after he was done, Dr. Mesh came in to talk to me about my options. Now, I have gone to a few orthodontists to get opinions, and none of them had told me that "braces are the only option, and you have to get them immediately!", which is what Dr. Mesh seemed to think. He was VERY pushy about me getting x-rays and impressions today, even though I told him I didnt want to make any decisions until after I spoke with my husband. He then went on a rant about how Im an adult and dont need to talk to my husband, because I contribute financially to my household and I make my own decisions, which was super weird. After I was adamant that I would NOT be getting impressions today, he got upset and had me follow him to the front desk, where they STILL tried to set up a time for me to come in and get braces. I will be doing ortho work, but it will be at a different office. I just dont trust this man.

I needed a dentist for my daughter who is 7 and son who is 3. She has dental insurance and he did not. They both got cleanings that went well. It was pretty expensive for the two but I paid the bill anyway. My daughter had two cavities and had to come back for a second visit. I called prior to the appointment and asked how much it would cost to fix both cavities. They said $200. I agreed and came in for her appointment. The Hygienist was very rude with my daughter and kept grabbing her and telling her to sit still. She was scared. The lady did end up saying sorry but as a mother it really made me upset. At the end of the appointment my bill was $240. I didnt argue and paid the bill because they said the extra $40 was for the shots they gave my daughter. About a week later I got a bill in the mail for $150. Then another 2 weeks later for $390. I called in advance to get a price and they wanted to charge me an additional $390 when I called prior to the appointment to get a price on her teeth. I will never go back to this dentist.

Went in for a root canal. I had no insurance so they allowed me to make payments. Everything went great I paid off my balance and went in to get a temporary crown and post. I was able to pay that cost up front. I was told my crown would not made until I paid off the balance of the crown. After making a few phone calls I was able to find a crown cheaper than they were offering. I called the office and spoke with Amanda and told her I did not want the crown that I had found a cheaper place. A few months go by I get a phone call from the office that my crown is in. I tell them again I dont want it and I told that to Amanda months ago!! They inform me she no longer works there and that I owe 1,400 for the crown. They still call and send me bills even after repeatedly being told I did not and do not want it. I will never go back to this place! Scam and rip offs!!

I had an issue with one of my wisdom teeth and was in a great deal of pain. I called without knowing anything about this office. Its a beautiful office with amazing architecture. I was seen that and treatment was rendered that day. The staff was friendly, especially the front desk. The Doctor seemed pushy with what he wanted me to schedule but the hygentist assistant lady made me feel more at ease. The only issue I had was when I came back to get my stitches outa had to wait 15 minutes for something that took 5 minutes. Overall good office!

Great and quick service I broke a tooth on a Saturday they got me in 15 minutes after I called! After needing an emergency root canal for said broken tooth they got me right in and out! So kind and patient with me and my anxiety and being 31 weeks pregnant they were so kind and gentle!

Employees are treated horribly! This man is a sexist pig who requires female employees to trim his beard in exchange for hours. Who knows what else goes on. Dont be decieved! This is a truly toxic work environment!

Great dentist, but I struggle paycheck to paycheck and they keep taking money out of my account without notifying me... I cant get my car fixed now to even go up there :(
