I have had a cracked tooth for a couple of years and it finally got infected. Very long story short, I got a recommendation for this dental care office. They worked me in for the very next day, at the end of the day, for an exam and X-ray. I called to confirm the appointment a few hours before and was greeted by name. They were waiting on me, got the paperwork done in a flash, and had me in the chair! I was very nervous and when I heard the Doc talking to another patient, I knew he cared! The assistant really set me as ease, truly, and the team needed to do an extraction. It was very late in the day, but they knew I needed help. From the years of neglect, the tooth was crumbling and need expertise to remove. They worked way past there business hours and successfully completed the procedure. I could not believe the high level service and dedication. I was provided with follow up care information, ice pack, prescriptions, and received a personal phone call the next morning. The cost of the visit, X-ray, exam, and extraction was so little, I dont want to list.

The experience was one of the best I have ever had with a dentist, mind you it has been a few years. Before I had even walked through the door, they had help me with setting up the insurance part (I am really bad with knowing which is which). They woman I spoke to was polite and patient with me. When I first walked in, they greated me by name and I didnt have to do the whole Im Hannah Gray, Im here for an appointment speel. I was also quite a bit early and the dentist himself told me that if all of his customers where like me then his job would be easier, or something along those lines. It made me feel great. The staff was helpfully in keeping my nerves down ( I get pretty anxious with these type of things) and explained what they were doing. There was hardly any pain and I felt completely relaxed. Afterward, the dentist explained everything to me and what the next steps were. It also is great that they are open on Saturdays as I work monday through Fridays with a fluid schedule. They were all wonderful and I am pretty sure I found my permanent dentist.

I found this place using Google and saw it was new so I gave it a try. When I first walked in my first thought was "wow this place is really clean". Everyone was super friendly and very welcoming. I sat down for maybe 3 minutes and was called to the back to start my appointment. This was my first dentist visit ever and I was extremely nervous but the dr and assistant definitely went out their way to make sure I was comfortable and it was quick and pain free. What I loved most about this practice was they were genuine, they gave me advice about my teeth and had options for me. Before leaving I ended up switching my whole family here and everyone in my house loves them! I 10000% recommend them for all ages!

Dr. Hoang, Susan and his staff are all excellent! One Saturday I had a dental emergency, was in severe pain and called a well known dentist chain that I had seen before and the dentist on call took about 3 hours to call me back. By that time I had already spoken to Susan who got me in to see Dr. Hoang and had a root canal done, all on a Saturday afternoon. I am eternally grateful. My whole family now sees Dr. Hoang. He is thorough and cares for his patients and Susan is awesome explaining the insurance ins and outs. I have referred others here and they have the same great experience and opinion. When you find a great dentist office like this its a blessing.

My husband and I had the best experience. They exceeded our expectations. After 2 years of searching, 4 different dental offices, weve found our dentists. They treated us with care and understanding. We were finally able to have some work done affordably, so the very first visit they started on the both of us. All the other dental offices weve been to wanted to do the most pricey work first, without caring for our immediate needs, which was a simple cleaning. After only 2 visit, they have done more work than the 4 dental offices combine together. Thanks, Grayson family dental care.

I love Dr. Hoang & Mrs. Susan. They are very helpful and very fast. I needed my tooth fixed after bei bff chipped in a car accident and they were able to see me within a day and my tooth was fixed. They really care about their patients wellbeing & I dont care if I love an hour away I will drive to them. Not only did they take good care of my teeth , they also made sure my daughter was occupied because I didnt have a babysitter to watch her. They are like family and I look forward to having all of my dental needs taken care of by them .

I am a person who hates the dentist, but these guys make it ok. I recently had a bad expirence with another dentist and switched to this group. I have been 3 times for cleaning, fillings, and cosmetic work. I have been very pleased with the work and service given. The whole staff is so friendly and helpful, and are reasonably priced. The doctor is thorough and so personable, they really make you feel comfortable and do a good job.

Dr Hoang is one of the best dentists I have ever met. Susan is incredible and beyond helpful. We will never go to a big box dental care clinic again because it is cheaper to come here. I personally do not like coming to the dentist but Dr Hoang and Susan make it very relaxing and make sure I am as comfortable as possible and you can not find that level of care anywhere else. Please give them a call, you will not be disappointed.

Started going here almost a year ago and cant say enough great things about this place! He and his wife have done some amazing work, found cavities that other dentists havent and have cleaned up work the last dentist did not properly complete. They have done this with little to no pain and are great to work with, especially with your dentist insurance. Great people and great service, doesnt get better than that! !

Susan is one of the most pleasant people I have ever met. She is transparent in terms of pricing and services and takes the worry out of the affordability of dental care. Dr. Hoang is the consummate professional. He is very personable, thorough and caring. I highly recommend them to anyone I meet and I am very blessed to have found them.
