I have been coming here for years and all the doctors have been great, but many there only short term and that was a negative. However, I would like to say that my present doctor, Dr. Julie Patel, is one of the most compassionate and caring doctors I have had in years. She is on top of the latest medical information and takes time to explain things clearly. I hope she will be with them for a long time. Otherwise, I will have to go where she goes. I also would like to say that the lady who takes my calls each month, Victoria, is one of the most pleasant people Ive ever spoken with ... always positive and up beat. Two thumbs up! The only problem I have is with having to call in for prescriptions and never being sure when I will get them. They need to work on that.

I have seen Dr. McElhaney originally and she did what tests she could and referred me to an Oncologist. It was the best thing that couldve happened to me. I was eventually diagnosed with cancer and was able to beat it. Dr. McElhaney even had her assistant call and check on me throughout the start of my treatment. Since recovering, I have been set up with Dr. Hewling and I was extremely pleased. He was very thorough and was a kind and thoughtful person to deal with. This office is full of good staff and doctors. One shouldnt expect to be seen very quickly in any of todays Dr. office environments. This one is worth the wait.

This office is the worst I have been to. Im formly Dr. Wizner patient and literally had to wait over a hour and a half for him. He did not diagnosis me correctly my psychiatrist had to diagnose me for a thyroid problem and then tell him what type of medication to place me on. There should be no one waiting on a doctor for almost two hours.

I went to Dr Patel for my first visit,she is amazing,I have many allergies,she was willing to listen and do what was best for me.She is very kind and thorough. I am blessed to have her for my Physician. The Nurse was great too,my wait was less than ten minutes,Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

Ive been a patient of Dr. McElhaney for quite some time now. I love the fact that she take out the time to really listen to me. The staff there is great! I love everything about Wellstar Powder springs. I would recommend it to anyone. Make sure you see Dr. McElhaney or her P.A.

Run if they try to stick you with Dr Hewling. Worst bedside manners I have ever encountered. This man left my 6yo daughter in tears when he left the office. Not from anything physical, just from how rude and insensitive he was.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hewlings for a while and he is just great. very through and has a very good patient side manner the rest of the staff is just as wonderful! I would recommend this office to anyone.
