Absolutely deplorable. I was trying to save money by coming here and not the hospital- BIG MISTAKE. Not only did I wait forever but the person they had in there had no bedside manner whatsoever. Half of my face was swollen and I had lock jaw from an ear infection. That "nurse" didnt even really check me out. She told me she didnt see any swelling (she couldnt have been serious) and proceeded to write me a script for eardrops and anti-biotics only after I insisted. I took them to the pharmacy and had them filled. The pharmacist knows me well and told me the drops they prescribed would have done nothing for my condition. Next day I felt a lot worse so I went to the hospital where I was told not only what the pharmacist said but the antibiotics she prescribed wouldnt have resolved an infection of the magnitude I was experiencing. They gave me different drops and different antibiotics. What makes me angry is the fact that these scam artists already billed my insurance (i feel fraudulently) and have been trying to come after me for my copay which I have refused to honor being that I had to pay the hospital and pharmacy (twice) because of their negligence. Now they want to ruin my credit. I wouldnt recommend these crooks to anyone. Its like the bootleg medical office out of basement you see in movies except in a shiny pharmacy.

All urgent care places suck. They dont value your time or business; much less have much concern for addressing your illness in a timely manner. The lunch break is most important. They probably have little to no incentive. The urgent care facility on Chapel Hill is your best bet on my opinion.
