I see N.P. Dona Childers,WHO ONLY GETS A 1 STAR RATING FROM ME, I DO NOT CARE WHAT F.M.C. CHANGES IT TO-ONLY 1 STAR!!! who to me and I Have Lost all Confidence with, Is never in a good mood! as she is sitting, she looks like she is sick, if so she just needs to stay at home and not give it to anyone else!! no matter what she has asked me to do,I have done my very best to do it! Im human and I do make mistakes, and so does she! I made a BIG MISTAKE COMING BACK TO HER!! If I miss writing down on single entry in my logs she pretty much end my appointment!! Thats Okay, But when she has found one of my problems and not to be in personal contact with the company thats providing the medication, is just flat unexcusable to me! I had started taking the medication, while she had me come to the office, to run the very same test to confrim that i had the condition, and I questions her and /flat out told the office personall that " she needed to get her act together that I was already taking the medication She prescribed!! No one in that blasted office knew?? I was really Informing Her! ASHLEY AND BRANDI ARE FANTASTIC!! The front desk personal, makes no effort to honor my personal information, my birthday, none of what hippa says each provider must do, oh no they ask in a very loud voice where everyone in the office hears the answer,Her/Him, really the ones standing by me or behind me, and the staff at the front desk makes no effort, to ask to to have a seat until they finish with me!! No Respect for My Personal Info Or Me!! and please do not respond with " A Service Excellence Member" will talk to you about this" NO THEY WILL NOT, AFTER THE APPOINTMENT I WENT STRAIGHT TO FLOYD MEDICAL CENTER TO SPEAK TO "A SERVICE EXCELLENCE PERSON" FUNNY THING NONE OF THEM WERE THERE" WHEN i LEFT A MESSAGE ONE DID CALL ME BACK, I ASKED/ BEGGED FOR A DIFFERENT PHYSICIAN, IN THAT OFFICE, GOT TOLD NOPE WE DO NOT DO THAT" MY OPINION RUN FOR N.P CHILDERS, MY RATING IS 1 AND THAT IS ONLY BECAUSE OF ASHLEY AND BRANDI. IF THIS OPINION COSTS ME N.P. DONA CHILDERS, OKAY THATS NO BIG DEAL!! I WAS DOING A LOT BETTER BEFORE I WENT BACK TO HER!!! THANK YOU

Dr. Claroni & Dr. Mugo are awesome!!!! We are blessed to have them in our lives. Especially Brandi and Ashley wouldnt have it any other way . God bless them and entire staff.. Keep up the good work
