If you can avoid having Kaiser for insurance at all I would recommend doing so! Their office is always packed and there is one lady at the front and who answers the phone that is very rude. Also, my husband was prescribed pills and they didnt have them all so Ive been calling for 2 days trying to make sure they have the rest in. NO ONE ever answers the phone in the pharmacy. I live in Carrollton and I dont want to make the drive to Douglasville if I dont know for sure they have his medication. Im so glad I dont have to use them for my insurance. Hopefully my husbands company changes it soon.

Overall I like the care I get from the Douglasville office, the only thing I wish is that they would service the customers on the West side. Kaiser expects us to drive all over Atlanta for specialized care. They could really use an Urgent Care and Specialized care such as Mental Health the in Douglasville area. It is crazy for kids to miss a half day of school to see a MH specialist to get medications filled because the their pediatrician will not fill them over the phone even though the child has been on said meds. for years.....

Clean and huge waiting area. Met with pediatric doctor Landry! She was very informational and caring. This was our 1st visit and I will surely be bringing my other kids back. The nurse seem a little disconnected and lack of care, but I hope shes not like that everyday. Either way I love all the interaction between patients and staff.

Every single time I call a Kaiser Facility I am on hold 20+ minutes. As soon as I actually get to talk to a real person they put me on hold again and then they hang up on me. Every. Single. Time. At least call me back, I mean, you DID ask for a call back number.

For the most part service is pretty good. The front desk could use a little customer service training. One thing that really needs to be addressed is the lab tech wanted to hug everybody. Her name is Betty! Thats the worst for me

Tasha was the worst agent ever. I came in paid & she gave me the incorrect change without me noticing. Then called me out on it in front of all her associates which was not professional. Like she was trying to show out or something.

Douglasville Kaiser is the WORST! My daughter have seizure and they are trying to give me 3 days of pills. Not to mention my drive is 45 min!!! This is the WORST I have ever seen!!
