I am disgusted at how rude the secretary treated me. Called to schedule my childrens annual exam. With a change in insurance from double coverage to single coverage the secretary went on to tell me that MetLife insurance was the worst insurance to have. She explained that the Dentist would rather take Medicade than MetLife and in fact he is taking medicade because he gets paid more. Being a patient care coordinator myself I was appalled that she would speak to a patient in that way. Sad because the dentist seemed pretty nice. So I will be taking my MetLife insurance that I work very hard to pay for and go elsewhere.

My 2 1/2 yr old son needed about an hours worth of dental work this morning, the kind that makes even adults squirm and uncomfortable. Dr. Thomas and staff were just awesome! My little man felt very secure, did great with the nitrous sedation, and wasnt upset even once! He couldnt have done so well without such an exceptional team. Thank you for making this potentially difficult experience a remarkably positive one! We moved to Colorado 8 months ago and its always hard to find new doctors, specially dentists. My kids get nervous about the dentist but Dr. Thomas was gentle and kind. He talked to my daughter to let her know what he was working on and that helped her feel comfortable. Im very glad we found him.

Kids love it here and they make us feel very welcome. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is they split time between Castle Rock and Parker which isnt always convenient
