As an adult I have always taken care of my teeth. I havent had a cavity or needed a new filling in nearly 15 years. I went into this office in September 2016 to repair a filling that had cracked and fallen off. This must be a newer office as they only had one chair. The first dental assistant I encountered was rude and performed the x-rays, did not do a cleaning and barely looked at my teeth. She put the x-rays up behind my chair and it was difficult for me to view them. The doctor came in and used an explorer in my mouth and checked a couple spots but did not poke and prod the way I expected her to. She did not thoroughly check to see if any spots were sticking. She told me that it was obvious I had many cavities, she said I have beautiful teeth from braces but am not taking care of them. She continued to be rude and shame me, and told me that I had 16 cavities!! The doctor drilled out my chipped molar and I was shocked to see how much tooth was taken out. Another male assistant (who was wearing regular street clothes had long hair and a necklace that dangled in my face) repaired my chipped molar. He used an orthodontic band that is for anchoring braces and not the thin adjustable band normally used for dental repair. Once he finished with amalgam, he began to lift up my chair and told me I was finished. He did not check my bite or ask if it was okay. My bite was off and told him it needed to be taken down. He sighed and put my chair back, told me to close down on the blue bite paper. I bit down and he said he has never, ever had someone bite down so hard shaming me again, although he was sending me out with extremely wet amalgam and had given me no biting instructions or otherwise beforehand. He had to put the band on again and redo the filling. He was clearly irritated. When completed, I had a measurable space between my teeth, about 3mm. I have just gone to another dentist who reported only 1 new cavity and some old fillings that need to be replaced. I DO NOT have 16 cavities!! I will never go back to this dental establishment. I do not need any compensation. I just want this reported so that others will not be shamed and tricked into excessive dental work that is not needed. I feel that the dentist is trying to build her practice the wrong way at the expense of her unsuspecting patients.

I see Dr. Lim and the staff at Hancock family dentistry at least twice a month as my teeth require fairly extensive work. I have always felt welcomed and treated like family, their office is clean and their staff friendly and professional Ive been to multiple dental offices over the past several years and this ones the best bar none. They work well with my insurance company and above all Im very satisfied with the results of the work they perform. Thank you Dr. Lim

To be totally honest, I work in the dental field, so I know a fair amount about how an office should be run as far as patient care and cleanliness. Because of this I am extraordinarily picky when it comes to whom I trust with taking care of my teeth. That being said, Dr. Lim is the only doctor that I trust to get treatment done because I know the job will be done to the fullest and to the best of her capabilities.

Highly Recommended!!! I went to Dr.Lim with my 6 years old baby girl. The entire office is very clean with new equipments. Most importantly all staff members were very quick and professional. Dr.Lim made my LO feel so comfortable and she was so gentle and great with her. Love Dr.Lim and her staff members!!!!!!

Hey everybody Im just giving you guys a heads up of these location one of my family members went for a check-up for at least location for dentist and came home with a really bad infection in her mouth and they are really rude dont waste your money in your time.

Dr. Lim, is remarkable. She took care of my aging father with a balance of care and professionalism which is so hard to find in a dentists these days. The dental technician was also very caring and helpful.

So professional. I had two extractions and a filling done today and it took less than an hour. Cant wait to go back and finish the work. Got to even watch Hulu on the tv on the ceiling!!!
