***DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION OR ANY PERFECT TEETH*** This review has been a long time coming! Back in July 2015 I went in for dental pain. I knew it was coming from a previous crown I had from a different dentist probably 5 years prior. First time I went in they insisted that it was NOT that tooth, but in fact the tooth behind it that had a filling and the filling needed to be replace. I set up another appt to come back to have the filling put in. I leave work early (loss of pay) to come in. After multiple alerts to the dentist stating that the band he was putting on my tooth was hurting me way too much, he continued to give me more and more Novocaine (which didnt help) and forced the band on my tooth which cracked the tooth. He continued with the filling. After days go by I continue to have more pain than I ever had. I tried calling the office, which was impossible to get a hold of or have my call returned. I finally got through and rescheduled an appt to come in for them to look at it. I get there and the "doctor left and no one could help me" yet NO ONE called me to tell me that before I left work early (again without pay). This continued for another week.. I went back in and they swore it was my bite and start filing down my crown! So finally I called Corporate. They advised me to go to a different perfect teeth to have them look at it. I leave work early again without pay and get told the same thing... its my bite and they start filing it down. I ended up going to comfort dental right after I left that office. They referred me to an endodontist immediately because my gums were white. I went to the endodontist the next day where they did an emergency root canal because the tooth they cracked was highly infected and the filling was trapping the infection in the tooth. Also! The endodontist confirmed my original concern that my original crown had a hole in it and needed to be replaced. At that point I had enough and went to a different dentist because no one in the office or corporate seem to care. Now Im back to dealing with my original crown because I am still having the same problem. Perfect Teeth has cost me over $3000+ in bills and loss of pay. At this time Im starting to seek legal action because it is ridiculous. DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS OFFICE OR ANY PERFECT TEETH FOR THAT MATTER! As for Perfect Teeth- I do not care to see a response saying you are "sadden" by my review. If you cared, you would have tried to work this out with me when I have tried to call you numerous times. Heck, you would have simply returned my calls if you were worried about this.

This review has been a long time in the making (June 2015). It will probably be very lengthy so to provide the bottom line up front – DO NOT go to this location. This is the WORST dentist office I have ever been to, which is over 15 in my military career, and previous childhood. If I could leave a zero star review, I would. So, I had written an almost two page review of this office, but I have exceeded my character limit, so beliw you will find the main points of my six month ordeal with Dr. Targos and his staff. To sum it up, Dr. Targos caused me two root canals on previously healthy teeth, and extreme bite and hot/cold sensitivity, ground on healthy teeth to correct a bite he messed up (which still is not fixed, and blamed my wife for biting her cheek to explain our sores due to his Novocain application on multiple instances. His lack of skill has probably cost upwards of $15,000 in dental fees. We are VERY fortunate that all of my care is covered by the Military or else we would have incurred thousands of dollars due to Dr. Targos’ “abilities”. Also fortunately for Dr. Targos, because I am military and did not incur a financial loss, I cannot take him to court, or else I would do so, in a heartbeat. I implore everyone who reads this to not do to this office, he is the worst dentist I have ever had, and I doubt that my bite/mouth/dental health will ever return to what it was prior to seeing Dr. Targos. I will also be leaving two incredibly positive reviews for Dr. Lawlor of the Perfect Teeth Specialty center and Dr. Vyas of the Smokey hill Perfect Teeth office if anyone wants to locate a good dentist.

Im so regret that Ive chosen this dentist place. Dr. Dinsmore ISNT skilled enough to do his job. This is the most scary thing when you come to see the dentist. I visited Perfect Teeth on Iliff Ave for a tooth extraction, thought it was simple after they did 2 X-Rays. It turned out a complicated one, after 2 hours he wasnt able to pull out the root tips, suddenly stopped and referred me to the Oral Surgeon. He said I didnt have to pay for anything today, WHAT?? Do I really care about paying? I wouldnt mind paying extra if you could get your work done as you said. Apparently he IS NOT skilled enough to do what he saw in X-Rays. Why didnt you refer me to the Oral Surgeon the first time after you saw the X-Rays? Now, you made a mess, left a root tips and referred me to Oral Surgeon. It means I have to suffer one or two or could be more times if the root tips begin causing the infection. Im so frustrated and regret that I should have checked his reviews before seeing this dentist. Obviously he just got 2 stars for his experience. BE CAREFUL when you choose this dentist place, it could be a better dentist in this office but obviously not him. Choosing a wrong dentist could affect your work, your life and cause more complications.......

I came in to this office because I had a cracked tooth that was causing a great deal of pain. I saw a whole range of people that did a complete examination of my entire mouth, a full series of x-rays again of my entire mouth and finally, an hour later, I got to see the dentist. He reviewed his findings and told me what work I needed done in my mouth. What about the tooth that was causing me all my pain. That I could make an appointment next week for removal. NEXT WEEK? Why not today? Thats why I came in! I left the office in more pain than I arrived (mostly from the poking and x-ray film plate). The appointment I made, for the next week, was to consult about our "plan" to fix my numerous oral problems. What about my aching tooth? "We would review that also." Review it, how about you pull it? Was I getting set up for a bait and switch? I dont know, but I will not return to this office. I think a doctor should first treat what is urgent and then can talk about lining his pockets.

I have a cracked tooth that I wanted fixed or removed due to frequent infections and the inability to eat on my right side. 1) Left work early to have a tooth repaired or removed (loss of pay). They took an X-ray and told me they needed another opinion and sent me to another Perfect Teeth. 2) Leave work early again so this other Doctor could tell me that yes, your tooth is indeed cracked and needs to be removed. 3) Leave work early again to have the tooth removed back at this location. After filling out the same paperwork for the umpteenth time and sitting in the chair after yet another X-ray, Im told they cant do it here because of my blood pressure. So they want me take off work early again to go to their suggested Oral Surgeon. No Im not happy.
