My daughter is in severe pain and I called to get an appointment and I was clear about the issue. They took X-rays the dentist Doug Lee saw her for 2 minutes and showed me her tooth and the filling had fallen out. It required work but immediately said a pediatric dentist should look at it. So basically, you are treating someone you cant treat?! Ive never had such a short dentist appointment with no progress. When I made the call I expressed the pain level and her filling possibly the issue because she felt it missing. Its chipped to the root and now all I have is this office billing my insurance and a child in severe pain. Oh and a referral to their sister office in Brighton, Thanks! I wont be going back. If you couldnt provide care then dont say you can take children.

I thought they did really great work. They scaled my teeth and gave me a fill. I was told to keep up on it every 6 months. Which I did. I moved to another state and went in to my new detist who informed me that my fill was cracked and said it didnt even look like they had done my scaling. So I called them to see if I could be compensated in some way. I was informed that I was suppose to keep up on my stuff every three months not six but that the hygienist would get back to me. Two call backs later and I have never heard from them. Its going to cost me a lot to get my teeth where they need to be due to negligence on their part. I will never recommend this place to anyone and have already informed my friends and family in colorado never to go there.

The staff is very friendly, professional, and explained everything to me. They broke down my insurance plan and showed me different payment plans as well as explained what work I needed to get done, they also made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. I was a walk in patient and was able to be seen right away. The office is loaded with new equipment, I was impressed with the x-ray machine. This was a pain free experience. I defiantly recommend this office.

This place is only interested in making money. They gave my son a ridiculous estimate of work that needed to be done. We went somewhere else for a second opinion and to our surprise, some of the work did not need done and the there was a huge difference in cost. They tried to say he needed a root canal when he did not. I would not recommend this place to anyone, they are not interested in providing dental care, only interested in taking your money.

OMG!!!! I never thought I would say this (about a dentist) but I love this place. The staff at Reunion Smiles are so awesome, friendly, and most of all courteous, the office is so clean and bright. I had 4 wisdom teeth pulled (out in 7 minutes) I always new I deserved a crown & I got that too. Chelsea Hill the hygienist was great! Dr Douglas Lee was also great! Everyone there was Great! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
