My wife and I were excited when this office opened up in our neighborhood. We went a few times and had a decent experience however when trying to schedule my 4 year old daughter for an appointment the place was a nightmare. Initially, she was seen and would not cooperate with staff. We were referred to a specialist which we went to near 88th and Wadsworth. Dr Hymer did a phenomenal job and since then my daughter has been excited about going to the dentist and actually looks forward to it. This past weekend my daughter slipped and fell causing her to land on her teeth. This caused bruising to her gums and a loose tooth. I called to schedule an emergency appointment Monday morning with this office and all was well. Later that day I received a call from Rhonda, one of the employees at the office whom told me that they would not accept my daughter and that the dentist, Dr. Babin, would not see her. I explained to her several times that since the initial appointment at this office she has since been excited about going to the dentist and that there would not be any issues with her. I further explained that if I arrived there and there were issues that I would pay the visit fee and schedule an appointment with the specialist. Rhonda then explained to me that after having a "pow wow" this morning with Dr. Babin regarding future appointments he advised that he did not want to see any children and they still would not see my daughter. What kind of dental office refuses to see children?! Luckily, I scheduled an appointment with the office near 104th Ave/York St. They were very helpful and scheduled me right away. This morning I took my daughter and there were no issues. I was told by staff there that she was the best patient theyve had today. They were patient with her, took x-rays, and were completely professional. I have since moved my family over to the officer near 104th/York and although the office on 104th/Chambers is blocks from my home I will not be going back there and will be referring others away from this office. If you have children take them to a dentist who is willing to help them, be patient with them, and at least see them!

This office is a disaster! I was seen mid May at this office for an afternoon appt. I arrived 20 minutes early as the receptionist had requested but when I arrived the office was closed. I knocked and called for about 15 minutes before the workers finally arrived back from what I guess was a long lunch break. They took x-rays and rescheduled me for a deep cleaning about a week later. When I arrived for the cleaning once again I got there before any employees so I had to wait. I received the deep cleaning and my gums were sore, had scabs and were bleeding for nearly a week. During my visit I spoke with their dentist regarding work I needed to have done asap. The doctor assured me he would submit the stuff needed to insurance & we would begin work once the items were approved. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now without a single call. So this morning I contact the office. Not only did I find out that nothing was ever even sent over to insurance but the dentist I was speaking with has left the office and that they will have to wait until the new doctor begins to accept my insurance which is still a few weeks away. I find it ridiculous that the dentist just up and left the practice and the workers couldnt simply call his patients to inform them. If I would have never called to question why it was taking so long I would never have gotten answer. This office is a joke and a waste of time. The only good part of my visit was the awesome girl that took my xrays.

As, with most individuals, I was not looking forward to going to the dentist. What ever fears you can come up with about going to the dentist...me too! I walk into the Perfect Teeth, Commerce City location, totally not wanting to be there. By the end of my visit, I was so happy I have a "place to come home" to. From the front desk, to the dental technicians, to the dentist himself (Zachary J. Keller, DMD), all are friendly, outgoing, caring and have you and your comfort in mind. All procedures were thoroughly explained prior to execution and all my questions were answered with the feeling of empowerment, for inquiring. I left with courage, dignity and looking forward to the next visit knowing I will be relaxed, understood and well cared for on my pursuit to "perfect teeth"! Thanks.

I started out giving this place five stars. Everyone was nice, made me comfortable, so I trusted them with my care. Big mistake. I am forever scared of dentists now. I am a tooth down. They paid for it to be pulled because they knew they messed up. I was in terrible pain for weeks. I had to take pain killers regularly to dull the pain. No one offered to do the right thing and replace my tooth that was lost. This tells me it is all about getting your money and doing the bare minimum to make it better. For this place its not about your health and well being. Something has to be done about the lack of care here. Its just not right.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called to schedule an appt and no one answered so I left a VM and never received a call back. 2 weeks later I called again still no answer, 2 days later I finally got a hold of a less than friendly lady. Scheduled a cleaning for 8-19 at 8am and I arrive at 7:45 and no a soul is there. I wait till 8:15 and still no one. They dont seem to care one bit about their patients and it is a shame cause I live so close. Guess I will make the drive back to the North Ft Collins branch since they know what customer service is there.

I had an appointment booked for today but didnt get a courtesy call like I used to get when I went to the Perfect Teeth location in Glendale. I gave this office a call to confirm and they informed me that they no longer have appointments on Mondays! Nobody called to let me know or rearrange so my appointment that I had booked 6 months ago no longer existed. Im very disappointed as I liked Dr Keller, and only transferred to this location because it was so much closer and I had been a patient of Dr Kellers in the Glendale location.

I am not one to shy away from the dentist. I went here to try a new dentist office and I was impressed. I had the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. Mr. Babin was great and he didnt try to do anything that wasnt needed even though, I thought I needed more when I went in. All fixed and no pain. Great job from office staff to assistant and doc. I have found my new dentist for my family.

I had an awesome experience Dr. Paul is great, all the staff were verry friendly and helpful. I was initially nervous and uncomfortable about going to the dentist but they made me feel at ease and welcomed. Setting an appointment was painless and prompt. I highly recommend this office and dentist.
