I just recently started going to Dr. Patterson. Unfortunately for me, he is doing extensive work on my teeth- fixing what other dentists botched. Being skeptical after that experience, I went into this new dentist with trepidation, questions, and little faith. Fortunately, so far, all his work has been exemplary. I expect it will continue to be so. When I broke a tooth he fit me into his busy schedule to look at it and even came in on his day off to repair it and make a beautiful crown. (That is going above and beyond in my book.) Not only is he an excellent, skilled prosthodontist, he is a caring, detailed person who goes out of his way to make sure everything is the best it can be and that the patient is comfortable and happy with his work. He returns calls promptly, and takes time to address the patients concerns. (No matter how many times I ask him the same questions.) Plus his friendly, approachable, laid back but skilled demeanor is such an improvement to the stuffy, arrogant dentists I have encountered! These qualities extend to his staff as well. All of them are helpful, friendly, and a joy to work with. I have stopped going to other doctors because of terrible office staff. Not this time. And having an in house lab, also with great techs, is a definite plus. They can make and adjust partials, bridges, etc. right on the spot! I realize not many people like going to the dentist, but I can honestly say these people are all so nice that "going to the dentist" is a totally different experience than I have ever had before. I highly recommend Dr. Patterson and all his people. Seriously, he and they are that good. Kudos to Monica, Cassandra, Deanna, and Marsha for their great work and warm personalities.

Dr.Patterson took over my previous dentists practice about a year ago. I was nervous about using a new dentist, but I have been pleasantly surprised by his excellent work on my teeth. I have had a filling repair, a crown replaced, and an implant crown designed to fit my mouth perfectly. I have had no problem with food being trapped under this implant crown at all! He is a perfectionist, and wants the patient to be happy with the fit, feel and even matching color of the crown to the rest of your teeth. His staff is very pleasant and work well together. Lynne R.

I had several cleanings, filling repair, and just recently a crown placement. What can I say other than absolute professional appearance and attitudes, along with high quality work. I have never felt lack of value and thought cost/rates were very fair. Colorado Springs probably has a dozen great practices like this one, but can guarantee Dr. Pattersons practice will do a great job. Gotta take great care of your teeth, so this review is to me more important that a restaurant or mechanic review.

Working with Dr. Patterson had to have been my most enjoyable dental experience to date. I came to Dr. Patterson looking to have some cosmetic work done to correct my diastema. From the moment you walk into the office you are greeted by the friendliest front office staff, and the consultation with Dr. Patterson went very smoothly. They were able to work with my insurance, and for the first time in my life, I have the smile that I have always dreamed of. Thank you for the amazing work!

Dr. Patterson and his staff are fantastic. Everyone is kind, professional, and takes the time to speak with you/explain things in depth, and answer questions no matter how complicated your case is. After multiple unimpressive consults with impatient docs and insanely expensive quotes for veneers, I am so happy I found this practice and cant wait for my new smile.

I am having significant work d/t losing 2 more molars. They made me a temporary dental partial to replace 3 teeth until I can get implants. And, during this process, I needed a crown on a different tooth which they made in a few hours! Saved me stress and time. I love my partial. They do good work. The staff are very nice too.
