I had a bad experience for the bill from the dentist. Here is the story: At the beginning of my sons service, they requested me to sign a document, which basically says I need pay everything if insurance does not pay them. I rejected that. With my request, they gave me a treatment plan, and got pre-approval from my insurance . So my part and insurance part were fixed. After 3 visits, the treatment was done, everything went with plan. I paid them every time. Then I got a bill for $81, I cant find the reason, they cant give me a good explanation. "I am sorry the doctor didnt chart xxxx" is not a good reason to charge me later. I asked them to waive this charge, and no successful. Another incident: Before my 1st visit, they were supposed to get the X-ray from my sons previous dentist, because we called them before and asked whether I should bring the x-ray picture,the answer was "no, my office will do that". But they failed. And before they ask us to do the x-ray again in their office(which I believe is a waste of money due to their fault, and without the x-ray, they cant move forward), they told me"you dont need to pay anything for today, insurance will pay all." But they charged me $28 later, I compromised and paid them at the 2nd visiting. They even told me the $81 included this $28, which means they dont know I already paid. That makes me mad, their bill is a mess, and they dont want fix it, but charge me. I dont feel the responsibility for this $81 bill.

Hola, quiero recomendar la clínica dental green valley kids, porque he tenido una buena experiencia, tengo dos hijos con autismo y pase antes por varias clínicas y fue muy frustrante y traumático para mí y mis hijos les ataban sus manos y hasta llegaron a ponerlos en anestesia general, cuando llegue a green valley kids les Han tenido mucha paciencia desde la primera vez todo el personal ha sido muy amable y han trabajado de acuerdo a las necesidades de mis hijos, gracias al Dr Chris que ha sido muy paciente y amable y ha tratado con mucho respeto a mis hijos, y gracias a Karla con su ayuda mis hijos ahora dejan hacer su limpieza, ha sido una experiencia muy buena en este año

Doctor Chris and his staff have been amazing. Not only do our kids (ages 5 and 8) look forward to the kid-friendly atmosphere and movies, but sharing the story of their latest lost tooth with Dr. Chris! As a parent their team helps me manage the details. I was especially thankful when they called a few days prior to our last appointment to let me know our new insure wasnt kicking in. That gave me some time to figure things out before we came in & still they were patient and kind as we updated our insurance information the day of our appointment. The office is always clean and upbeat music is playing. Even though they are getting too big, our kids like to play on the equipment in the waiting room. The toy selected at the end of each appointment is always a great way to leave things "on a high note" and create a positive correlation. Like most parents, we have had to deal with the occasional cavity, but with the calm and patient attitude of the GV Kids staff, our kids cannot differentiate a cleaning from a cavity filling. They have no fear of dental procedures! Plus, I like that Dr. Chris shares with us what our options are when it comes to treatment. We highly recommend Green Valley Kids.

Nos encanta vener a nuestras citas! La gente es super amable y el ambiente esta padre. A mis ninos les encanta jugar en el Parke infantil. El arreglo me ayuda echarles ojo mientras llenando papeleo. El tiempo d espera es excelente. Encuanto entramos salimos! We absolutely enjoy our visits here! Faculty and environment are amazing! My kids love the play set in the lobby. The arrangement permits us to fill out paperwork easily while keeping an eye on the kids. The wait time is great! We are in and out in no time!

Weve been going to Dr. Chris for three years now. I have two kids, ages 6 and 3. At first, with my oldest kid, we did his first happy visit at our (adult) dentist. It was a disaster. My son wouldnt even open his mouth. Our pediatric doctor told me I had to find a pediatric dentist and a fellow parent recommended Dr Chris. Hes been a godsend. I watched, shocked, as my son happily opened his mouth for Dr Chris and let him clean his teeth. (The play area in the front, the tv on the screen and promise of a toy helped.) This place is perfectly set up for kids, and makes going to the dentist as pleasant as possible. Dr Chris and his staff are wonderful and great with kids. Dr Chris is fun and kind, but thorough. My daughter chipped her tooth when she was one and Dr Chris did a great job of inspecting and helping her. I have to make a drive to come to this dentist, but its well worth it. I wont take my kids anywhere else.

Dr. Chris and his entire staff are wonderful! After hearing the news that my son needed to have some cavities taken care of, including a baby root canal, I was very concerned and had many questions. Dr. Chris took time to answer every single question, show me exactly what he was seeing on the x-rays and walk me through the procedure; including every “what if” scenario that could come up when working on a wiggly three year old. The patience, understanding and knowledge that he shared with me made me feel confident that my son was in the best hands and that this was the best course of action to care for his teeth. The day of the procedure, everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. My son was completely at ease. The best part was that Dr. Chris moves so quickly and efficiently we were in and out in an hour! I would absolutely recommend Green Valley Kids to anyone.

This office is extremely friendly. We were referred by Dr. Archibald in Reunion and as soon as we arrived at the office there was a huge play room for our kiddo. This was awesome, so that we could fill out that first time paper work. Once we were taking back, our guy was able to watch a movie while Dr. Roberts and the adults discussed the plan. After much consideration we had to have a little help to relax our son and allow him to get Xrays. The staff was very comforting to mom as she was extremely tender of the work being done to her little guy. Knowing we have to return for more work, we have been put at ease knowing the staff will take good care of our son. The gal at the checkout station was extremely helpful as well, printing extra copies and explaining the timelines and typical insurance payments. THANK YOU!

We take all 3 of our kids to Dr Chris. Instead of being nervous, they fight about who gets to go first. They enjoy Dr Chris manner and age- appropriate explanations, delivered with humor. He is always patient, asking the kids if they have any questions for him, addressing their concerns, as well as ours. The office is bright and sunny, with an open exam room. Kids can watch movies while the hygienist and dentist do their work. One space has enough room for three kiddos, making it very accommodating and efficient. My husband and I are able to sit and chat with the kids and staff during the visit. Kids receive a little prize along with the standard, useful goody bag on the way out. We even receive a birthday greeting, as well as helpful cleaning reminder- text messages that help me remember to schedule appointments.
