After spending 15 years with the same dentist, I am so thankful that a friend at my kids orthodontist recommended Dr. Wallace!! The reason I decided to try something else, is that because my 19 y.o. and 20 y.o. can no longer go to the childrens dentist they have been going to their entire lives, I wanted to make sure I had the most gentle dentist I could possibly find, since they are used to gentle care and I knew that my own dentist offered average to good service, but not the gentle-ist on the planet. (Okay, I thought they were fine until I got under Dr. Wallace myself.) After seeing how awesomely they took care of my 20 y.o. son, I decided to try them for myself, although I felt a *little* bad for not going to my regular dentist for my next cleaning. Well, turns out they have this special kind of camera thing that saw a lot of bacteria had been growing under a crown, and he showed it to me on this x-ray thing. (why didnt my own dentist ever see this?) So it was with great trepidation and fear that I went to Dr. Wallace to get it cleaned out...I HATE shots, so I was dreading it. (A few tears sometimes seep out when I get shots, I am petrified of them because of previous bad experiences.) During the cleaning, Dr. Wallace pinched my hand a little bit and said "Did this hurt?" And I said "no." And he said "This is how much you are going to feel the shot." I told him that I was not the kind of person who liked to hear it wasnt going to hurt when it really was going to hurt. Guess what? He was right!!! Only it probably didnt even hurt as much as he squeezed my skin on my hand! Yes, you have to try it to believe it. Im a believer. But apparently, based on all the amazing reviews I just saw here, many people already know about him and rave about him as well. Now I am joining the bandwagon. The temporary crown feels and looks great, and I was in NO PAIN AT ALL after the shot wore off, never have been. Yes, after about 50+ painful cleanings and fillings, this trip to the dentist went straight to the top of my #1 dentist visit in my life. Highly recommend this Dr. Very nice guy, too, as well as each dental assistant my son and I have met and had put their fingers in our mouths. :)

FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!!!!! I took my 6-year-old to Dr. Wallace. He had a lot of cavities (had to return to supervised brushing...), so Dr. Wallace filled 7 teeth. A few weeks later he was complaining of pain again. One of the filled teeth needed a root canal. Dr. Wallace referred us to a pediatric dentist. The pediatric dentist said that the work Dr. Wallace did on my son was all done wrong and every tooth was ruined. My son had to have all 7 teeth pulled!! To add to the injury, when we got the bill from Dr. Wallace it was $2800. Our dental maximum is $2000, so we paid $800 out of pocket. The pediatric dentist charged $800 for the anesthesia, root canal, pulling 7 teeth & spacers. Of course, we had to pay that whole bill because Dr. Wallace had already maxed out our insurance. I called the office to cancel an appointment I had made for my cleaning and told the receptionist that I was upset and cancelling. She said she has worked for Dr. Wallace for 12 years and he has NEVER made a mistake. Seriously? AND, they did a bill adjustment after I complained and billed us an additional $280. Its now 6 months later and they continue to call to try and get us to come back in for cleanings. Dr. Wallace has never called to talk to us about the ordeal nor has he addressed the fact that we were upset with his work.

My parents have gone to Dr. Wallace for years, so when my veneer cap fell off on my front teeth on a Friday night I called my parents and they told me to call Dr. Wallaces after hours number. I felt bad "bothering" them with my issue when I was not an existing patient of his office. Since I did not have a dentist that I had seen regularly, I called Dr. Wallace and he told me to come in on Monday morning and he would take a look at it for me. I instantly felt welcome, comfortable and in good hands. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel like family. They eased my fears of the pain of replacing the veneer on my front teeth immediately. They take care of submitting my payments to my insurance company for me and send me the bill of the remaining balance after the insurance has paid their portion. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Wallace as a dentist. He is professional and very nice. My teeth feel wonderful and I am now a regular patient and would not go to any other Dentist.

Dr. Wallace and his staff at the office do an AMAZING job with what they do. They are very attentive of your needs and they create a dental plan that is most appropriate for you. I have never been one for dental work, and I have walked out of many offices in my past but I will be a patient of Dr. Wallaces as long as he is here. The staff knew it was a goal of mine to get my front teeth cleaned and fixed before my wedding, and they gave much of their time mapping out different options that fit my financial needs and what I wanted my smile to look like. I decided to apply a composite veneer to the front 6 of my teeth and I was concerned they would look fake, but they gave me the most beautiful smile I have ever had. I looked great for my wedding pictures and I couldn’t stop smiling on my honeymoon! I could not thank them enough for what they have done. They have literally changed my life. My wife will soon be a patient as well, and I would recommend them above all for your dental needs.

I hate going to the dentist. I have a terribly sensitive mouth and a tiny palate. Dr. Wallace and his staff, however, have changed how I view going to get my teeth cleaned (and having the occasional cavity filled). The first thing I noticed is how clean, modern, and comfortable the office is. The building itself is very large, giving each room a very comfortable feel, and not as claustrophobic as many other offices Ive been to. The second thing I noticed is just how stinkin nice everyone is! Its all smiles and comfortable chat. No one seems stressed or rushed. And for the icing on the cake, the x-rays are digital, which means that they usually have to take a whole lot less than the old film type, and everyone that has worked on my teeth has just been so gentle. I cant speak more highly of both Doctor Wallace and his staff, and will be referring everyone I know to them.

If I could collect all of the folks I know that need dentistry, I would bring them myself to Dr. Wallaces office. Hes not just a Dentist, but a real cool guy. Every time I go for an appointment I leave smiling. Vickie, Tina, Stephanie, Tammy, Melody, and "Jennifer" who takes such good care of me. I know I scare her somtimes because my teeth are so sensitive, but with the advice she has given me on tooth care it has changed. This is the best group of people you would ever want to meet and visit even if the dentist isnt your favorite thing. Thanks guys for not only being my dental provider but for making me feel like a friend. By the way folks, Dr Wallaces wife bought me a cake for my birthday a couple of years ago, which I will brag about all day, and hope to meet her to thank her. I really appreciated it. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
