Horrible experience. The dentist aid Julie who cleaned my childs teeth was extremely rude to me a year ago & was very rude today. The 1st time it was because she didnt like the fact that I wanted to accompany my then 4 yo daughter. Today she did the same thing. She claimed her room was too small for me to fit which obviously was bs. Then after I let her know that was a load of crap she then says that its policy. She even tried to shake her head at me in frustration on the sly, stupid broad I saw you & I let her know. The dentists came in & they did the same thing that other women are saying on here, that my child had a ton of cavities & made it as if Im not doing something right & she too, Dr Adriana Guevara, told me plainly she wasnt comfortable with parents in the room & wont work on a child if the parent is in the room. Seriously! What is this world coming to. So Im supposed to trust a stranger who doesnt trust the mother of the minor child theyre working on. I will definitely be filing a complaint.

My husband told them to do the dental work on his daughter to call and he will give a card to pay. His ex, her mother took her in and refused care to her because its 50/50 split per court, she had a large cavity close to the root and they let it go, This has led to the adult tooth having to be pulled. The mother told the dental office that the state insurance would kick in (they were told by us the situation on why it wont be kicked in ever) and then they could bill them......I truly believe they misused the state insurance, billing more then needed and thats why they didnt want the payment from us. If its the state they could lie submitting electronically. They also told my step daughter that they have another little girl next door and if she wakes her up they will be very mad at her. She now goes to a different dentist but this place has made her scared of going to the dentist. I wouldnt let a pet go to this place.

I called to let them know I was late. I had an 830am appt. Got there at 846. They told me if u not here in 10 mins the dentist wont see you. I get there check in with the receptionist. And the lady I spoke to on the phone butts in and says let me check with the dentist to she if she will see you. She comes back and says yes. Its now 9 am and we get called back to the room. The medical assistant puts the tarp around my sons neck. And hes sitting back in the chair.the dentist walks up and says hi you are mom? Yes. Then says your 30 mins later for your appt. After she agreed to see me. What am I supposed to tell my 930 appt. So I said should I reschedule. She states thats your choice but shes making a big deal about it. She agreed she would still see me. Never again.

I have been a customer with Smith Dental years ago. and was treated with respect this time I took my daughter to the dentist they claim she had tons of cavities but the other dentist did not tell me this. Then try to talk down to me like I dont take care about my daughters health and telling me what and not to say to educate her about how Its important to take care of her teeth. That lady does not know me or my kids had me so upset I almost left in tears thats not how you treat your customers. I complained to the manager about the terrible service doubt if that employee will be dealt with. Your supposed to treat your customers with respect how you would want you or your family to be treated. It makes me never want to return there again.

Ive received good dental care my whole life at Smith Dental, but Ive recently had to find a new dentist closer to where I live. I had scheduled appointments based on my visits to Milwaukee to visit family, but recently, my appointment was cancelled on short notice and I was unable to reschedule for a feasible time for me. There have been other scheduling issues in recent years as well, so if having a firmly scheduled advance appointment is important to you for work or family reasons, you should think about a different dentist.

The dentist there said that my daughter (9YRS OLD) had 7 cavities (no way)... After 2 months and 3 other opinions all three other doctors said she only had one! My friends daughter had a similar case with the same dentist! No way in hell i will ever go there again! Worst dentist ever and is scammer for both insurance and out of pockets patients!

Great dentist and staff. My daughters cooperated with the female dentist who was kind and patient with them. Most of the negatve post here seem like they are from uncooperative parents not bad dentists or staff.

EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE! GREAT STAFF! ALL THIS, AND ITS ALWAYS BEEN, FOR ME AT LEAST, PAIN FREE!! IM THE ONLY ONE IN MY GROUP OF FRIENDS, WHO REALLY LOVES GOING TO THE DENTIST!
