BEWARE!! This is not a dental office, it is an assembly line of HORROR!! Not only are the office staff incompetent, untrained and barely able to communicate in English, the revolving cadre of "dentists" change just about daily so you can forget about reaching anyone in case of emergency. They leave patients in terrible pain, with no system of covering for a dentist who is off for days at time so you are going to be on your own. And forget about customer service-the manager Sandra will never return your call even when she promises to "call you right back". This place is for Medicaid patients who dont know any better than to call this acceptable. Anyone with insurance, private funds, an education, etc. should save themselves the torture and find a real dentist who will care more about the patient than to continue digging into an infected, exposed jaw without even the consideration to apply a topical cream to dull the agony. This place should be shut down!! The dentists go from patient to patient without ever checking a chart or even telling the patient their name. The management is a joke!! They claim a complaint is private and then they give it to the butcher, er dentist that the complaint was made against and the dentist actually called the patient to harass them about the complaint. For the love of God do not go here!! There are better dental clinics out there. Dentists that actually care more about the patients care, condition and comfort more than they care about trying to prove a point. I know after my disaster at this torture chamber I am calling my lawyer and have already made formal complaints to the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation. Everyone who suffered at the hands of this clinic, please go to the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation and make a complaint so we can stop these money grubbing, Medicaid defrauding BUTCHERS!!

This is one of the worst service I have had in my life. I had the worst receptionist. I was waiting for an appointment for my son and after a month without receiving any information I decided to go and ask. The receptionist told me she was missing information. I asked her why didnt she called me back, however, she failed to provide a reason because she forgot how to do her job right. The receptionist was extremely rude. Esta es la peor experiencia que he tenido la recepcionista es la peor estube esperando por una cita para mi hijo y despues de un mes sin saber nada decidi ir y preguntar la recepcionista me dijo que falta información le pregunte por que no me habian llamado para decírmelo y ella no supo que decirme olvido hacer su trabajo y la recepcionista es muy grosera

Went there with an infected tooth. Jaw and lip was extremely swollen. The tooth was throbbing and I was in obvious pain. They didnt show much compassion and let me sit there for a long long time before they would let me see a doctor. They were more concerned about getting paid than the welfare of the patient.Showed absolutely no compassion.Have a lot of dental work to be done and was going to have it done there but after my first visit it will be two visits. My first and my last. They only care about one thing THE DOLLAR1 You can be in immense pain like I was and they will just tell you to have a seat.If you want Non-American and unprofessional this is the place for you.Called and asked to talk with Doctor and they said he would call me . Never called! I wonder how much the good reviews cost them? No Patient follow up either! Called,sent a fax also asking for the doctor to call me. Never responded.

The receptionists are trained for basics, issues escalate very quickly due to lack of care and knowledge, they promote fillings and whitening over hygene and proper maintenance. By far the worst dentist Ive visited 0/5... 0 because the young lady promised a call back after she sent me home because she didnt want to call into my insurance to help cover me (this is after i sat there over an hour, let me remind you 7-10 patience were seen about 4-5 came out crying with fillings). I have plan A insurance through work. Over an hour later they sent me home.... what made me feel the worst is that I asked about a new veneer and she talked 10 minutes about take home whitening... a week and a half later no call back. Medically speaking they are the worst.

Siempre tienen un servicio de primera. Todas las personas que trabajan aqui tratan muy bien a todos los pacientes. Tienen mucha paciensia siempre. El doctor es muy bueno. Casi no senti un gran dolor durante mi consulta. Es un buen lugar para venir si en verdad le tienes panico al dentista. De verdad que sabrian tratarte.

Honestly, the best place ever! I used to hate the dentist, but then I came here. The staff was amazingly nice. The dentist and dental assistant were amazing! I had a lot of stuff I needed done that other dentists told me about but they wanted to jump straight to root canals for all of it. Then I came here. I spent 2 hours here working on saving my teeth so I wouldnt need root canals. The 2 hours went by quickly and I didnt want to leave because everyone was so nice and entertaining!

Avoid coming to this place, the staff is not professional. I saw them treat another patient with a bad attitude, they ridiculed and laughed at him, I felt very bad and when I said something they said " its not your concern". When I call I am put on hold for a long time and many times got disconnected. Very disrespectful staff.... por favor do vayan, las secretarias le faltan al respeto a uno....yo ya no voy ahi por la falta de profesionalismo de parte de esta oficina.

Bedside manner is for the dogs and customer service is clearly not one of their specialties either. Went in for emergency work and was wondering when the clowns were going to come out and start dancing. Not only are they a joke in the dental community, my son had an appt and said it was too late at night, 620pm, to do the work. Find another dentist. These peiole are horrendously horrible.

Worst dental office ever. If youre appointment is at 4 pm, theyll finally attend you after making you wait for 40 minutes. By attend I mean taking you to the a dental chair and making you wait another 20 to 30 minutes before someone comes to tell you the dentist will be with you shortly. Very unprofessional and unpersonable dentist(s). Stay away. Last resort. No bueno.

Recently I went there and had a very pleasant experience. The lady at the reception had a very good attitude and she was very helpful. The doctor was really good and explained me the process clearly and allowed me to select the procedure rather than forcing me on to something ! They did not do any unwanted marketing stuff !!!!!
