The worst Customer Service ever. The dentist and the nurse was nice and very knowledgeable but the customer service and the way they deal with payments horrible. I took my daughter to them and they charged me $200 for a baby tooth that was very loose and was removed in a second. Is not just about the money but they made me sign a paper when we got there, that I will pay the full amount on the spot because my insurance had deductible. I asked if I could pay in payments but they didnt agree with nothing else than the full payment on the spot. I end up paying $700 for my daughter 3 tooth work and removal of another. I received a bill today and I had a question, I call the office and they put me in hold, after 20min on hold I hanged up because nobody came back. I had in the past referred this office to my friends and family but I will never do that again and I will make sure that everybody that I know will stop going there. If you dont have good insurance to cover everything dont go there because they charge way to much for their services.

BEWARE! DONT WAIST YOUR CHILDRENS HEALTH! The worst experience with doctor I ever had. Dr. Sandy Murad was unpleasant,arrogance and she doesnt care about patient. She destroyed a few teeth of my 12 years daughter. Dr. Murad did root canal, she had not properly cleaned and sealed the filling. Therefore, after while my daughter started feel pain and we had to re-do every tooth she was done. I dont want go to this office again, so now we have to pay for all what need to be re-done from own pocket. But its okay compared with 2 surgery that my daughter had on her gum, and pain she had withstand , also time that we spent going to the dental office. I would not recommend this practice and for me I know for sure I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

They used to be very good and professional- I have been going there for years. Recently I had a huge billing issue with them, though- they promised me to waive a fee for X-rays so I agreed to have them and then they sent me a bill for it. I tried to dispute it but they told me that they waived a fee for something else instead (smaller amount) and that I still had a balance for X-rays- totally not what we first agreed to. Wouldnt care to fix it. When I told them I was really disappointed and I would switch dentists even though I have been going there for years- they didnt care either.... Totally no loyalty to their regular patients. Also, the waiting room is a little dirty and their furniture really needs updating...

Thank you Ramzi Duaibis, and Dr. Sandy H. Murad. It has been a wonderful journey. I remember when i first walked into first family dental nearly 3 years. I looked similar to a shark by the mouth. Now after having literally 8 shark teeth removed, and braces for 2-1/2 years. I wake in the morning with the confidence ready to take on Hollywood. Since day one i have felt like family, Im one of the few who can actually say i enjoy visiting the dentist office. Everyone is so friendly, and they even know my name for the most part. Its very unprofessional to not contact patients if their appointment is cancelled due to no doctor being available. I took off of work early to make the appointment. Also, Im certain that was an excuse. I was checked in and sat for 15 minutes before someone came up and said the doctor left after saying (amongst themselves) that they essentially double booked. Then when I was rescheduling I couldnt even get another day that worked for my schedule. Definitely poor business practice. It appears that scheduling needs some improvement there. Also, your system that ensures the visit is confirmed does not work. So frustrating!

The staff at First Family Dental are helpful and knowledgeable. Several came in to gather information before the Doctor arrived. I am very grateful to Dr. Murphy for taking an x-ray of what is left of my left front tooth. The x-ray showed that the previous dentist had placed the screw in sideways rather than straight in. Had I allowed the previous dentist to place a crown on the tooth, as he planned, it would not have held very long. The staff were very kind in giving my samples of Biotene salve and rinse for blisters on my tongue and a very dry mouth. I will return to Ist Family Dental in two weeks.

It was a great experience having my wisdom tooth extraction at your location by dr. sylvio and his assistant. Both were excellent with all the procedure and explanation. Fortunately i didnt feel much pain. Looking forward to my next extraction and deep cleaning of rest of the mouth. And last but not least, his assistant called me next day to inquire about my condition that how am i doing. Highly recommended by me. And I wanna add couple more things, their staff is so friendly, welcoming, and helping. Office is spacious for busy days. Wait time is good too. I think i m just in love with this place..lollll.

I came to 1st Family after an unpleasant experience at Hanover Dental: it was recommended to me that I need expensive periodontal cleaning, but I was suspicious of that information, and their process.From start to finish 1st Family Dental was an outstanding experience. The office is clean with nice comfy furniture, and the front staff was friendly. Dr. Silvio was outstanding with his initial examination, his recommendation, and the cleaning. He clearly explained everything, and obviously both he and the technician were concerned about me as a patient. I cannot recommend highly enough!

BEWARE! Dont waste your time, money and most important YOUR CHILDRENS HEALTH! "The Dentist" was 9 months pregnant female. She almost delivered there and than on the insurance official documentation was name of male dentist!!! Something wrong? They will tell you: "yes we take your insurance" and couple weeks later, youll take money out of your pocket and pay. Never again! Its really worth to browse for the real dentist for your children instead of dealing with this lazy, rude unprofessional amateurs hungry of your money.

Absolutely the best dental experience ever. The customer service and the quality of work are absolutely second to none. From the front desk staff to the doctors and nurses, they are all great. My family and I have been going there for many years and we are beyond satisfied with everything. The fact that they have 14 location throughout the Chicagoland area makes it very easy to get an appointment closer to work or home. I am very happy with their service and I would recommend everyone to go there. I would give them A++

I tought that I have a dentist for my 3 y old but all that they can do is to check toddlers teeth and some cosmetic things and thats all. They dont have pediatric dentist at all,my son has cavity which gonna cause decay or already did and they said that I have to take him to the specialist. After short mouth examination dentists said that thay cant do anything for him. Dont lose your time with this guys,find someone who is real dentist and have pediatric dentist with them.
