Horrible experience. Find another dentist! Dr. Stoycheva is rude, is a liar and has no regard for opinion or teeth uniformity (although shes a cosmetic dentist). She has every regard for your money. At first glance, First Place Dentistry appears to be a wonderful place, until you disagree with Dr. Stoycheva. Then she resorts to any method of yelling, arm flailing, lying, demoralization and humiliation she can think of in order to shut you up. And yes, she will yell at you in front of her staff and other patients. I will keep this review as short as I can. I established care with Dr. Stoycheva when I lived in Milwaukee. My first few visits were pleasant. Unfortunately, I had to relocate to IL/IN border but continued to drive 2.5 hours each way so that she could finish a root canal she started while I still lived in Milwaukee and fix a faulty front tooth repair she performed only 2 months prior. In fact, during my last drive there, I got a flat tire. Consequently, it took me almost 4 hours to get to the office. After she finished my crown, I pointed out that the front tooth repair she had performed just 2 months before was already chipped. BY HER OWN ADMISSION, it was too thin and would need to be fixed. What did she opt to do instead? RESHAPE the tooth and file it down to a different length and shape to the one adjacent. She then sent me on my way and asked that I make another appointment for her to fix it at a later date. I told her that the drive was not convenient and explained that I had just spent 4 hours on the road and I would prefer if she fixed it while I was still at the office. I also told her I was not satisfied with the new shape of the tooth as it was completely different from the one adjacent to it. She tried to deny it, told me the shape was fine but admitted the difference was visible only after I stood my ground. She proceeded to flail her arms about, and yell at me stating, "you do not want me to speak to you in a different language!" I felt humiliated and devalued. I continuously told her to stop shouting at me and she carried on shouting and eventually stormed off in her temper tantrum. Her behavior was disgusting and her attitude was utterly unacceptable. Ive spent THOUSANDS of dollars at her practice and deserve to feel satisfied with the results. Shes a COSMETIC DENTIST! I should not have to remind her that my teeth should not look mis-shaped after I get up from her chair. She should have been empathetic to the fact that my drive as far, or at least, politely and professionally tell me that her faulty work would be best fixed during another visit. If my opinion isnt valued, then my money should not have been taken. Save yourself some money and the humiliation. Find another dentist. Shes an angel, until you have an opinion that differs from hers.

This is hands down the best dental experience you will have! I visited and consulted with Dr. Stoycheva and her assistant after poor dental care at another office in the Milwaukee area. Dr. Stoycheva assured me that my old fillings and several other dental problems I was experiencing could be fixed in a few short visits. I needed to have old-school metal fillings replaced as they had started to break down. I had new white fillings inserted in place of the old metal variety, and I am thrilled with the results and the amazing pain-free experience! I also needed a root canal and a crown. Since I had never required any advanced dental work like this before, I was a bit nervous about the experience. I can honestly report that it was seemless, fast, painless and very competitively priced. I am now a patient of Dr. Stoycheva for life and I highly recommend her to family friends and anyone who is in search of a top notch dentist! p.s. The office was beautiful, clean and the staff friendly, welcoming and efficient.

I have been looking for a good dentist for a while. I heard about Dr. Stoycheva and First Place Dentistry by word of mouth and decided to try it out. My first visit was very professional and informative, and I was impressed by the use of their state of the art equipment. Dr. Stoycheva and her staff impressed me so much that I had no hesitation in proceeding with the work that I needed to have done. She treated my mouth like a "babys bottom," haha! I used to always smile with my mouth closed, but now I smile from ear to ear with confidence. Dr. Stoycehva and her staffs professionalism and expertise are the best that I have ever experienced. I have told all my family and friends that First Place Dentistry is now my dental provider for life!

If theres a nicer dentists office in all of Milwaukee, Id be amazed. Im new to the city, and after checking with my dental plan and looking at their web page, I made an appointment. New patient paperwork, x-rays, an examination, cleaning, and filling replacement in 75 minutes. Unbelievably fast. Plus, I watched ESPN while all the work was done, because they have TVs hanging over the chairs where youre normally staring into a light. Incredibly nice staff, especially Dr. Roumiana. My wife is next, and Im sure shell enjoy it. Highest recommendation.

Thank you to the First Place Dentistry Staff for another wonderful dental visit. I have been a patient for about 5 years (maybe more?) now and have always been pleased with the care I receive. I drive over 100 miles to the office. I know that it would be easier to see a dentist in the town I now live in. However, I have never had a better dentist and do not want to switch. Another big plus of this office, the Dr. is very gentle and I leave my appointments pain free. Thank you all for taking wonderful care of me and my family.

Loved it!! Very professional and knowledgeable staff, great location. I loved how thorough and personable Dr. Stoycheva was. I work in sports television and have a very demanding schedule. First Place was able to fit me in when I was available and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. My teeth look great - they feel great! I love this place - I recommend it to all of my friends and family - and have been a patient for over a year... thank you so much and keep up the good work First Place Dentistry !!

Modern, nice, clean, friendly...its almost weird how modern it is. This is a stark contrast to the family dentist with the old waiting room with 40 year old hard chairs and 5 year old people magazines. This place is a really great experience. Apple TV above each chair! Portable x-ray machine. Talented and caring dentists. Going to the dentist is never fun, but at First Place Dentistry they at least make it comfortable and inviting. It takes some of the pain out of going to the dentist.

My daughter recommended First Place Dentistry, and am I glad she did! Dr. Stoycheva fixed a filling that my last dentist just couldnt get right. Thank you so much Dr. Stoycheva, you really are skilled and patient and caring. Many thanks to Stephanie a very caring Dental Assistant and to Jill a very knowledgable Dental Hygienist. I will return for all my future dental care.
