Claudia Mazur. I say that the Razdolsky office is just great! They have great service and guide you through every step of your journey with your braces. The staff are very pleasant and nice. It is also fun to watch all their tools at work when the staff work on other patients. When you are waiting for your visit you sit in front of a TV in the waiting room in the office. You earn tokens that you can redeem whenever you have enough for an awsome prize! I loved my journey at their orthodontist because both of my parents went through the Razdolsky Forever Smiles with great teeth and happiness. Now I go there and enjoy going there even though it is quite a bit of a drive. The staff guide me through every step they do, and most importantly without hurting your teeth or mouth. They never make mistakes but if the patient, (me) accidentally breaks a wire or breaks a bracket or something else, they always treat it immediately and make it feel much better in no time. I know that you have to sacrifice yourself to make something perfect and I really think it is worth it. My teeth hurt a lot when i got my braces on, mostly because of the bands around the back teeth after later visits, but I knew that wherever you go the same will happen. I was one of the children who wanted to get them on so bad but i couldnt because my molars or other back teeth werent in yet but Dr. Razdolsky said that it wouldnt be worth it and it will hurt right before my trip to Poland over the summer and that I wouldnt want that to happen. Now that tells me that the office and staff think about your pain too and they want only the best for you and your mouth. They are also very flexible if you cant make your appointment or if you have to reschedule it, they will make it work for you. Just to let you know, i am not writing this for any prize(would be nice though) but i am mostly writing it from my heart and what my mouth thinks of it. I think that there is nothing like the Razdolsky Forever Smiles and that if this orthodontist is one of your choices or if you never even thought of this office, you should definitely come and tell your friends about what you have experienced because they will truly be amazed. Even though I am not done with my braces, I am sure I will be soon, and I will be "smiling forever".

Well, I came to this office very scared at first. I was just getting my teeth checked and I saw my sister already go through braces and I did not want them what so ever. But, then my teeth were in very bad shape, and I had to get them fixed. This just meant that it was time for me to get braces. I thought getting them on would be painful, but the way Dr.Razdolsky did it, it wasnt painful at all. They are all very nice too, and it wasnt a bad experience like all my friends had been telling me. But, all my friends hadnt gone to this doctor. Now compared to how my teeth looked a year and a half ago, it’s in great shape. Also Dr. Razdolskys office is very welcoming because, you walk in and there is a play room for children, and also a fun mirror. So it’s a fun place for little kids. What they also have, and my favorite part, is the movies they have playing all day. When people go in and either get their teeth checked or get their braces on or off, there is always a movie that you can watch to keep your mind entertained while the doctors do what they have to do, and time goes by quicker. When I was getting my braces on, I watched Cars the movie and this made getting braces a lot more enjoyable, I have to say. Also it’s a good place for adults either waiting for their kids, or waiting for the appointment they scheduled, because the movies apply to them too, their movies are for both kids and adults. Also there are magazines that are interesting to read while you wait. Another good thing about this office is that time is not wasted; the doctors do all the things they have to do very quickly.The best part is that in the end of your appointment there is a cookie tray, with delicious cookies , and its very rewarding. Also if you have braces you can get nickels if you do well in keeping your braces okay. In the end you can turn those nickels in for a prize. In all, my family and I like the way things work in Dr.Razdolsky’s forever smiles orthodontist office. It is very convenient and I recommend it to everyone of every age. The three letters of my last name are "Kay" and the first letter is "E" I am 14 and I am satisfied with Dr.Razdolsky’s services.

I was first recommended to go to Forever Smiles by our dear family friend who also happens to work there as an ortho assistant. And I am SO glad we went. When I first walked in, the office blew my mind! It was so clean, and you could tell that the people there definently designed it to make you feel welcome and NOT scared to get your teeth fixed. Plus they also have fresh baked cookies everyday which is pretty sweet. When I first visited Dr. Razdolskys office at Buffalo Grove, I needed to get a couple x-rays of my teeth to see exactly what was going on. Big props to my treatment coordinator, Brenda W! She made me feel extremely comfortable during my visit and made me feel like it was OKAY to get braces. I was a little nervous because I was just going into my Junior year of high school and most of my friends had already had their braces taken off. Well, after they examined my teeth, I was ready to go in and get braces. I was already loving Dr. Razdolskys office. Soon after my visit, I found out that our family friend who recommended Forever Smiles, Gay Lim, was going to be taking care of me throughout all of my visits! That made me even happier; to know that the office allowed HER to be the one taking care of me. They knew I was most comfortable with her! And of course, they want my time with them to be a fantastic experience. When I went in about a month after my examination, I was really nervous to get my braces. But after I got them put on, I really was nervous about nothing! Aunt Gay made me feel comfortable the entire time and she was never rough on me. She talked to me during most of the time, which is good:) Made me take my mind off of the entire process. After the whole thing was over, I was happy with how great of a job she did putting them on! I am so pleased with my experience so far with Forever Smiles. If you ever end up considering if Forever Smiles is the place for you, dont think about it.. Just go!
