My son was born with conjoined teeth and developed a cavity between them that pained him when we would floss or brush it. Talked to the dentist about it and she decided it was best to fill it. Hes 3 and on the day of his appointment, for whatever reason she thought it was a good idea to fill the cavity without any type of local anasthetics or numbing. She drilled his tooth and naturally he was in pain and when I asked if we could numb it for him she seemed as though I was asking something far fetched or out of the ordinary for a child to be numb during this experience. At this point he was already very distraught and in pain due to the drilling so he was a bit on edge when attempting to give him the Novocain which she gave my 38 lb 3 year old the same dosage she would an adult so needless to say after the entire traumatic ordeal was over, the entire right side of his face was swollen for the better part of the day & all the while the dentist seemed annoyed like what she was doing was an inconvenience to her. She also filled cavities my 8 year old had, again with no numbing: he handled it a lot better but was told when he winced "youre ok, its not that bad youre not hurt." We have complained about this to our insurance and will not be returning at all. Would rather go to someone who actually enjoys their job & isnt visibly miserable while working with patients especially small children.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I spend 2 and half weeks trying to get a copy of my husbands x-rays so I could get a second price. Was told multiple times xray were sent but they were never received in my email or the other dentist of emails. When I finally asked to pick up a hard copy of x-rays I was told on a Tuesday that they get printed on special paper and that it would take 25hrs so I could pick them up o Thursday... Thursday morning when my husband got there they handed him a regular piece of computer paper with Images printed on the paper. Luckily we did get the second and third opinion because both dr said a Root canal Would-be a waste of time and money because the tooth was past the point root canal would actually work and he would have had to pay even money in just a few months to have the tooth pulled and a bone graph. This office delayed care, and lied in order to get more business later on.

Didnt like the receptionist when I went there (this was 2 years ago now) and the assistant cut up my gums. When I got my filling, apparently it was not done correctly because Ive had pain in the tooth and had to have the filing drilled out and refilled.

The receptionist was extremely rude and this was all during the phone call just to setup the appointment. Didnt even get the opportunity to actually see the dentist thanks to a rude receptionist.
