Honestly wish I could rate it a 0 or a half star. I have gone here for a long time and its always MISERABLE. About 10% of the staff are wonderful people but the rest seem to be already horrid bridge trolls before they started the job, and were further broken by processing endless streams of soldiers in some Kafka-esque nightmare scenario. The place is full of antiquated tools and feels more like a prison dental clinic. Plus, they have messed up a LOT of dental work that I have seen (my own and vicariously through other people). If at all possible, DO NOT GO HERE. Get your cleaning and wait until you can go to the VA when you get out... or try to go off post.

Impossible to make an appointment by phone. Must wait in line at least a half hour to ask the simplest of questions. Staff members are incompetent and rude, typical government employees... No other options for the troops...

The refusal to pick up any phones is astounding. I would not recommend ever trying to call and set up and appointment. You could always go in and wait in their even more astounding long lines and wait times.

Had a cleaning done, schedule a follow-up for another issue. Next appointment: two months later. Making me Amber on medpros. No leave granted because Amber on medpros. Thats the Army for ya.
