This dental office is the worst place I have been. When I was waiting to be seen after checking in, the front office staff were very unprofessional. Three women clearly talking about other patients and complaining about them. Then the dentist comes out to complain to the staff about over booking her patients and that they need to call people to reschedule for their lack of competency. After ten minutes I was called back to take x-rays, the dentist then came in to say I needed two root canals. I specifically asked if they could do it office or if I need a specialist. The dentist said she would be able to do it in office and they scheduled me for a root canal appointment the following week. In all I spent an hour and a half here and was seen by the dentist for only five minutes. The day before my appointment I received a phone call saying that the dentist looked at my x-rays and that I would need a specialist. I was very upset that I had already asked this in office and they just now tell me the day before my appointment. I have been having very bad tooth pain and to see a specialist they referred me to who does not have an opening until a month from now. I will be taking my business else where, I highly recommend others do the same!

I saw this dentist a few months ago. I went in around the spring of 2013 for a $49.99 spring cleaning special they were having. The cleaning was sub par (they forgot to floss, among other things) but for $49.99, my expectations werent high. I needed the results of my exam sent to my military dentist for review. When I sent Baker Hill Dental the form to return to my base with my information, they instead sent the form to my base blank with a note that said "We have no record of a patient by this name". This put me in a very bad situation with my base, the consequences of which were almost very severe. Baker Hill Dental loses two stars (only two because it was cheap) for the sub-par cleaning and mediocre staff. For poor records keeping to the point where they could not locate my record for continuing care, they lose the other two. All things considered, my family and I will not return.

I have never had a better experience at a dental office. From the time I walked in I felt welcome. Tracy and Ginelle welcomed me and were very patient. Elle took me back and made me feel comfortable with the X-rays. Ronnie, the head assistant, always makes me laugh and is very helpful with any questions. Dr. Patel is very thorough and explains the procedure. I will definitely be coming back!!

Took to long to see me. Dr. seemed to not take into account that the procedure was uncomfortable for me and I even coughed during the cleaning bc of how much water he was putting in my mouth. Discrepancy between what I was told I would pay and what I actually paid. No full receipt of appointment. At least my teeth are clean.

I am usually very nervous going to the dentist but i have to say I was nervous for nothing! The staff are wonderful. Ronnie really put me at ease and DR. SYED was wonderful. He explained every aspect of my care and he listened to my concerns. I didnt feel a thing! I highly recommend this practice you wont be sorry you did.

I recommend this place to anyone. They work well with my son, and he told me today that he really likes both the tech Ronnie, and his dentist. I go there myself as well, and have not had a bad experience, even with bad teeth.
